Post-traumatic hypoproteinemia is related to burns area,degree,third-degree burns and hospitalization time after injury.Burn infection is related to hospitalization time, burns area, surgical treatment and other complications. The cost of hospitalization is related to the area and degree of burns,third-degree burns, operation and complications. Conclusion 1.Burns of children in this region are mostly in infancy, male and rural areas, and scalds are the main cause of burns, which occur in spring and summer, indoor and during meals.Children with deep ?° and moderate burns, wound after treatment in the majority.94.5% of the children were cured or improved after treatment in our department, and the main complication during hospitalization was hypoproteinemia.2.The publicity and education of burn prevention in children's families should be strengthened, and the popularization education of first aid measures after injury should be strengthened, and the specialized treatment level of severe burns in children should be improved,so as to establish a perfect preventive,first-aid,referral and specialized treatment system.
