Objective:Observation Onyang decoction of the efficacy of the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:CRF would be consistent with the diagnostic criteria of 60 cases of patients treated according to the order of 30 cases divided into treatment group,30 cases of the control group.Treatment group Wenyanghuayutang hours each morning and evening services 150ml;Niaoduqing control group given 5 bags(25g) of granules three times daily oral administration,the two groups are on a course of treatment for 1,2 courses for observation.The two groups were observed before and after treatment,respectively,the overall effect in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of changes in blood urea nitrogen observed at the same time (BUN),creatinine(Scr),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr), hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P),potassium(K) and other indicators of changes in the experiment.Results:(1)Treatment group and control group,total efficacy and the overall efficacy of TCM Syndrome more statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.(2) Treatment group in improying renal function in patients with CRF and lower BUN,Scr level,,to raise the level of Ccr than the control group,both statistically significant compared(P<0.05).(3) Treatment group and control group for blood Hb and RBC had no significant effect.(4) Treatment group and control group on the blood Ca,P,K had no significant effect on.Conclusion:Onyang decoction in treatment of chronic renal failure to a certain extent,improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, lower blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine indicator in 2 months had no significant side-effects of treatment.
