Analysis Of Clustering And Evolution Trend Of Nursing Research In Recent Five Years

Objective:Nursing work is widely used in clinical medical work.In many cases,all kinds of therapeutic work can achieve good results through reasonable work^[1].Nursing work is directly related to the quality of medical care,which is related to the safety of patients'lives^[1].Core authors in the field of nursing mostly develop their papers in core journals.Therefore,the analysis of the literature in the core journals of nursing field can reflect the research hotspot and development trend of this field.Based on this,this study obtained all the literatures published in the core journals of nursing field in the past five years,and carried out thematic analysis and future development trend analysis on them,that is,to study the current and future research hotspots.According to the current situation of the existing problems in the current research Suggestions for the relevant researchers to understand the status of the whole nursing research and the future topic to provide referenceMethods:Identify five core journals in the field of nursing through a list of journals.On this basis,the knowledge network,from China to"source periodical=nursing research"="source journals of Chinese journal of nursing"="source journal of nursing management in China""source periodical=the people's liberation army nursing journal",respectively,and the source journals=nursing journal"fixed number of year=2014-2018"equipping retrieval,download citations information,to facilitate analysis and export Excel format.Due to the large amount of data,self-compiled Python code is used to calculate the frequency of keyword occurrence.Vosviewer software is used for cluster analysis to reveal the change of the theme and study the future development trend through the change trend of keywords.Results:Through the literature published in the five core journals of nursing field from2014 to 2018,the topic mining and trend analysis were carried out.It is found that the current research in the field of nursing focuses on seven hotspots:measurement scale,psychological intervention,nursing education,quality of life,qualitative research,nursing management and clinical nursing.From the perspective of the seven research topics,it involves all aspects of n ursing work.Starting from the patients themselves,they are required to strengthen their self-management,and then to the patients'families,they are required to carry out effective care for the patients,and then to the nursing work itself and the hospi tal's nursing management to improve the nursing effect.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen the nursing education for patients,nurses and nursing students to improve nursing skills.The multi-dimensional description of the work involved in nursing main ly includes creating a rehabilitation treatment environment,implementing rehabilitation nursing techniques,family patient education,psychological support,counseling,maintaining the continuity of rehabilitation activities,discharge follow-up,etc.^[2]Through the research on the trend of keyword changes from 2014 to 2018,it is found that the future research trend can have the following aspects:1.The application of research methods,namely meta-analysis,qualitative research,and bibliometrics,is widely used in nursing research;2.Breastfeeding,breast cancer is the current and future may focus on the research direction;Psychological intervention in recent years,the decline of attention,effective guidance of mental health,to ease the patient's stress,anxiety and other emotions,enhance the prognosis,improve the well-being of patients index has a key role,to cause attention;Nursing education in recent years of the decline in attention,because it is to improve the quality of the whole nursing team,to protect the health of the masses plays a key role,in the future should be taken seriously.Conclusion:In this study,all the literatures published in the core journals of nursing field in the past five years were obtained and subject analysis and future development trend analysis were carried out.It is concluded that the current research on nursing work tends to be mature and the research scope is comprehensive.Based on the results of the analysis of the evolutionary trend,it is concluded that the importance of psychological intervention and nursing education should be strengthened.The research of breast feeding and breast cancer will be paid more and more attention.Research methods,such as bibliometrics,meta-analysis,and qualitative research,should better provide valuable Suggestions for nursing work through the use of existing problems and improvement methods.
