Objective:There are a large number of bacteria and microbial biofilms in the waterway of the oral comprehensive treatment table.Hypochlorite disinfection is used to disinfect the waterway of the oral comprehensive treatment table.Effect of disinfection on waterway of oral comprehensive treatment table.Method:1.Select sample:n the dental clinic,10 dental treatment units were randomly selected among the newly installed dental treatment units with a high frequency of use for one month.2.Water disinfection measures for the dental unit waterlines:use slightly acidic hypochlorous acid as the disinfectant,and adopt the final disinfection method:after the daily diagnosis and treatment,stop the reverse osmosis pure water to supply the oral treatment table,and connect the The acid hypochlorous acid supply water channel was continuously rinsed and disinfected for 1 hour,and then the reverse osmosis pure water was rinsed for 30 minutes.3.Detection of bacteria in the dental unit waterlines:Select the place where the water sample is taken as the water storage tank of pure water and hypochlorous acid water and the high-speed handpieces and the water of mouthwash.The time of taking the water sample,the sampling time of the water storage tank of pure water and hypochlorous acid water is before the morning consultation,and the sampling time of the high-speed handpieces and the water of mouthwash is after the daily diagnosis and treatment.The taken water samples are sent to the microbiology laboratory for bacterial culture and the number and types of bacteria are detected.Test once before disinfection;after that,began to do daily terminal disinfection,during which bacteria were tested every 7 days,a total of 8 times,the duration of the experiment was 56 days.4.Statistical analysis of the measured colony value to observe the effect of hypochlorous acid disinfection on the dental unit waterlines.Results:1.Before and after disinfection,the colony counts of the water storage tank of pure water and hypochlorous acid water were both 0cfu / m L.Before disinfection,the colony counts of the 10 high-speed handpieces reached 10,000 cfu / m L;There are 4types of bacteria in the waterway of the comprehensive oral treatment table.Sphingomonas(37.7%),rare copper thermophiles(59.0%),Streptococcus grass green(1.6%),and Neisseria pharynx((1.6%),the distribution of rare copper-producing bacteria is the most abundant.2.During the 56 days after hypochlorous acid disinfection,the number of colonies in the dental unit waterlines showed a downward trend.On the 7th day of disinfection,the number of colonies in the high-speed handpieces water decreased significantly.the colony species were Cupriavidus Paucula;35th,the number of colonies of all the high-speed handpieces waterlines reached the qualified standard(?200 cfu/ m L).Before disinfection,the number of colonies in only 3 dental units reached the qualified standard.;on the 14 th day of disinfection,The number of colonies in the all water of mouthwashes was 0 cfu/m L.3.The number of colony count before hypochlorite disinfection in the dental unit waterlines and the number of colony count after disinfection were tested by the rank sum of independent samples,the difference was statistically significant,and the number of bacteria after disinfection was less than that before disinfection.4.The colony count of high-speed handpieces water and the number of mouthwash water bacteria were determined by rank sum test of independent samples.The difference was statistically significant.The number of bacteria in the high-speed handpieces was higher than that in mouthwash.Conclusion:1.There is no microorganism pollution in the source water of the water system of the dental unit waterlines.The microorganism pollution from high-speed handpieces water and mouthwash water in the oral comprehensive treatment table is very serious.2.After using hypochlorous acid disinfection for 1 hour at the end of every day,it can effectively reduce the microorganism pollution of t the dental unit waterlines.3.The water pollution level of fast mobile line is more serious than mouthwash.
