Objective:1.To investigate the level and influence factors of resourcefulness among patients with COPD.2.To evaluate the intervention effect of resourcefulness training on COPD patients' resourcefulness, disease coping modes and quality of life.Methods:1.From September 2018 to February 2019,using convenience sampling method,187 cases of patients with COPD in respiratory and critical diseases medical department of three third-class first-class hospital in taiyuan,Shanxi Province were investigated with general information questionnaire and Resourcefulness Scale(RS).2.From March 2019 to November 2019,92 patients with COPD who met the standards in respiratory and critical care medicine department of a third-grade a hospital in taiyuan city were selected as the study objects.According to the admission time, the experimental group was included in odd months and the control group in even months, with 46 cases in each group. The control group adopted the regular nursing and health education, and the experimental group received resourcefulness training on this basis.Before,after,1 month and 3 months after intervention,RS,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)and COPD assessment test(CAT)were used to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:1.The resourcefulness score of COPD patients was(70.78±24.53),including personal resourcefulness(44.78±21.01)and social resourcefulness(26.05±10.09).The results of univariate analysis showed that age, occupation, education, monthly income, whether or not to be first diagnosed, clinical stage of disease, degree of obstruction, and the presence of complications affected the resourcefulness score(P<0.05).However,there was no significant correlation with gender, main caregivers, type of medical insurance, number of children, origin, marital status, smoking status, and aggravation times in the past year(P>0.05).The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that age, occupation, education level, whether or not to be first diagnosed, the presence of complications, and degree of obstruction were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).2.Before intervention, there were no significant differences in general information,RS,MCMQ and CAT scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,1month after intervention and 3 months after intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of resourcefulness, personal resourcefulness and social resourcefulness between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention, there were statistically significant differences in each dimension of MCMQ score between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CAT score between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference 1 month and 3 months after intervention(P<0.05).After,1 month after and 3 months after intervention, the RS,MCMQ and CAT scores of the two groups were measured by repeated measures analysis of variance. The main effect of time, the main effect of grouping and the interaction between time and grouping were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.COPD patients are at a medium level of resourcefulness and are affected by a variety of factors.Medical workers should conduct a more scientific and reasonableresourcefulness program focusing on patients, disease and social support, with the goals of improving disease management ability, psychological adjustment ability and social resource application ability.2.Resourcefulness training can improve the resourcefulness level of COPD patients, change the way of coping disease, and improve their quality of life.
