Objective:To explore the level of emergency capacity and its influencing factors of public health emergencies among primary hospital nurses in southern Xinjiang,and to provide reference for improving the emergency capacity of primary hospital nurses.Methods:From December 2016 to August 2017,using convenient sampling method,732 nu rses from 10 representative county hospitals and 82 township hospitals in jurisdiction are selected as research objects in southern Xinjiang and adopts the corresponding me asuring tools to investigate,including:the general situation questionnaire,the nurse's emergency capacity for public health emergencies,the emergency knowledge scale for public health emergencies,the emergency attitude scale for public health emergencies.Results:(1)The total score of emergency capacity of primary nurses was(53.21±7.64),and the average score was(3.38±0.69),which was in the middle and lower level and below the domestic level,that is,the total score of emergency capacity and the comparis on between scores of each dimension and norm are statistically significant(P<0.05).th edimension analysis,first aid ability scores highest,comprehensive ability in the middle,emergency knowledge learning ability scored lowest,specific entry score analysis,on-site rescue technology(cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),trauma dressing,etc.),on-site rescue knowledge entry score is higher,respectively was(3.61±0.62)and(3.58±0.65),In addition,the assessment of common public health emergencies,emergency plan,relevant laws and regulations,psychological needs assessment of the victims,and the education ability score of the victims' prevention and treatmentwerelower,respective lywas(3.22±0.63),(3.23±00.71),(3.24±0.64),(3.26±0.82),(3.29±0.67).(2)The emergency kno wledge and emergency attitude of primary nurses in public health emergencies are positively correlated with emergency response(P<0.05);(3)The factors influencing the emergency capacity of primary nurses.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of primary nurses with different levels of hospitals,departments,academic degrees and professional title in public health emergencies(P<0.05);Whether the primary nurses who participated in the emergency training and emergency drills of public health emergencies had a statistically significant difference in their emergency capacity scores(P<0.05);The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that the emergency knowledge,emergency traini ng,professional title and educational background are the main factors influencing the emergency capacity of primary nurses.Conclusion:In this study,the primary nurses who were investigated were at the lower level on emergency capacity,with the highest first-aid ability score and the lowest score of emergency knowledge learning ability,respectively was(3.46±0.69)and(3.31±0.65).Emergency knowledge,emergency training,job title and education as the main influence factors,suggested that the relevant departments and training institutions,to perfect disaster related training system,make up the training gap,to improve the traditional training mode,improve the support system,to nurse at the grass-roots level to provide a variety of platform can improve their own quality,improve the emergency capacity of the public health emergencies.
