Evaluation Of Application Effect Of Care Service After Induced Abortion

Objective:The purpose of this project is to analyze the application effect of setting up care clinic after induced abortion,so as to find the value of setting up care clinic after induced abortion and the deficiencies in the work,and further improve the quality of care clinic after induced abortion.Methods:From July 1,2017 to December 31,2017,946 women in Taiyuan Taihang hospital without PAC clinic were selected as the control group A;After PAC clinic was set up,1197 women who were hospitalized in Taiyuan Taihang hospital from January 1,2018 to June 1,2018 due to accidental pregnancy were selected as the observation group,396 women in the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University without PAC clinic were selected as the control group B.After artificial abortion,patients in the control group A and B were given routine care,the observation group was given care services,and the postoperative follow-up table was filled in.The implementation rate of immediate and efficient contraceptive measures,postoperative follow-up rate,contraceptive methods in different periods and repeated abortion rate in 6 and 12 months were compared between the two groups.SPSS24.0 Statistical analysis software is used for data analysis.Statistical description of counting data is expressed by percentage.Measurement data subject to normal distribution are tested by Student's t test.Measurement data subject to normaldistribution are tested by Mann-Whitney U test.Group comparison of counting data is tested by Chi-square test.Take ? = 0.05 as the significance test level.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group A,between the observation group and the control group B in the previous abortion times,marriage,age and other general data(P > 0.05)zero point zero five),with comparability.2.Implementation rate of immediate and efficient contraceptive measures after operation: the implementation rate of immediate and efficient contraceptive measures in the observation group was eighty-six point seven %Control group A seventy-two point seven %Control group B sixty-four %There were significant differences between the two groups(P< zero point zero five)?3.Contraceptive methods in different periods after operation: there was a significant difference in contraceptive methods between observation group and control group A,observation group and control group B(P< zero point zero five)?4.Postoperative follow-up rate: 1 month,3 months,6months and 12 months in the observation group 90.2%,77.1%,60.1%,39.8% Control group A 83.5%,63.9%,35.9%,30.1% Control group B 84.8%,66.2%,39.1%,31.1%There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P< zero point zero five)?5.Repeated abortion rate in 6 months and 12 months after operation: the rate of repeated abortion in 6 months and 12 months in the observation group were respectively 4.2%,9.1% Control group A 14.8%,18.9% Control group B23.2%,33.3% There was significant difference between the two groups(P< zero point zero five)?Conclusion:1.PAC clinic increased women's understanding of contraceptive knowledge in childbearing age,the implementation rate of immediate and efficient contraceptive measures after operation,and reduced the rate of repeated abortion,which is worthy of further promotion.2.In the work of PAC,the advantages and disadvantages of contraceptive methods were introduced to women of childbearing age,but the emphasis was not prominent.The individual contraceptive programs were not made for women with different contraceptive needs,which led to the decrease of compliance of using effective contraceptive methods.3.The follow-up rate of induced abortion decreased with time.It is suggested to adopt various follow-up methods in the future to improve the follow-up rate and the quality of PAC clinic as much as possible.
