| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP)in the treatment of refractory heart failure in the elderly,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of rhBNP in the elderly patients with heart failure.Methods: From January 2017 to June 2019,120 elderly patients with refractory heart failure who were treated in the second people's Hospital of Gansu Province were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given the routine treatment plan for heart failure,and the observation group was treated with neokine(recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide)on the basis of the control group for 3days.The total effective rate,plasma NT proBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVED),6-minute walking distance(6 MWT)and the time interval of readmission due to heart failure were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results: Compared with before treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The plasma NT proBNP value of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the NT proBNP value of the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The LVEF of the control group was not clear Significant change(P > 0.05).There was no significant change in LVED in the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the distance of 6 MWT in the observation group increased more and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in the time interval of hospitalization for heart failure in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).In the observation group,the time interval of hospitalization for heart failure was longer than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: RhBNP has a certain clinical effect on the elderly patients with refractory heart failure.Compared with the conventional treatment of heart failure,it can improve the state of heart function. |
