RhBNP And Traditional Project Comparative Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objectives Analysis of the influence of rh BNP on patients with chronic heart failure during hospitalization for BNP,TNI,Electrolyte,Renal function.Discussion on rh BNP in patients with chronic heart failure in the relationship between hospital time and major adverse cardiac events.To investigate the rh BNP for the treatment of chronic heart failure of safety and effectiveness.Methods The research object were patients who was dignoised with chronic heart failure,treated in first ward of cardiology department,Tangshan Gongren Hospital from 2012 June to December.There were 104 participants in the current study,who accepted demographic investigation,medical history,physical examination,biochemical indicators.The participants were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 45 cases who accepted the routine treatment,such as ACEI,diuretics,digitalis,vasodilators etc.The others were treated with rh BNP.The rh BNP was pumped within 1.5ug/kg/min last 10 min before it was pumped within 0.0075ug/kg/min last 7 day.The level of BNP,TNI,Electrolyte,Renal function were examined when the patients admitted to hospital and third,7th day after therapy.we had to caucalte the time in hospital.The patients were followed up for 24 months,to assure the relation of patients by monitoring the incidence rate of MACE(including the death and rehospitalization of heat failure).Excel software were used to establish a database,using SPSS19.0 software system for statistical analysis.Count data set Chi-square test was used.Data expresses as mean ± standard deviation of measurement.T test was used to compare between the two groups.Analysis of variance was compared among groups.P<0.05 showed statistically significant difference.Results There's no statistically significant difference in age,sex,smoking,hypertension,Liver function of patients in two groups(P>0.05).The BNP,TNI,Electrolyte,Renal function were examined when the patients admitted to hospital had no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).There's significant difference in heart rate in two groups(P<0.05).The heart rate of experimental group decreased significantly greater than the control group's.There's no statistically significant difference in the level of Electrolyte in two groups(P>0.05).There's statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of MACE in two groups from 6 to 24 months(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 RhBNP can decrease obviously the level of BNP.2 The incidence rate of the rehospitalization of heat failure can be reduced significantly in 1year.3 The death rate can be reduced from 6 to 24 month with rhBNP..
