| Purpose:Analysis of clinical effects of rhBNP treatment in refractory heart failure.method:Select 80 cases of refractory heart failure patients received by the hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 as research samples,retrospectively analyze their clinical treatment,and divide them into control group and test group according to different treatment methods,followed by routine treatment,conventional treatment combined with rhBNP treatment.The clinical efficacy and improvement of various indicators were compared between the two groups.result:The total clinical efficacy(92.5%)in the experimental group was greater than the reference group(67.5%),the total remission rate of dyspnea(95%)was higher than the reference group(70%),and the improvement of clinical conditions and indicators was better than the reference group,P<0.05.Statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).conclusion:The application of rhBNP in the treatment of refractory heart failure has a definite effect,which is beneficial to improve the patient's clinical symptoms and has high safety.It is worth recommending further. |
