Cancer is one of the complex diseases facing human beings. The current treatment methods are mainly traditional surgical treatment, followed by local radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, postoperative recurrence and metastasis are still the main problems that puzzle researchers. With the development of bioinformatics, gene therapy is gradually applied to cancer. The prognostic effect of gene therapy depends on the accuracy of cancer gene markers,so screening cancer gene markers has become one of the current research hotspots. In order to screen cancer gene markers with higher diagnosis and identification capabilities, this article mainly discusses the optimization method of cancer patient prognostic index based on gene markers.First,pre-treat the cancer gene expression data from the tumor genomic profile database, perform differential analysis on the cancer gene expression data, select genes that are differentially expressed in cancer, and compare the median, average and Survival analysis results in mode. Then, the fitting function method is used to optimize the selection of the patient's prognostic index, the differentially expressed gene data is grouped, survival analysis and subject characteristic curve evaluation are performed, and the genes with large differences are selected as gene markers.Furthermore, the selected gene markers are evaluated.Using the independent database in the Gene Comprehensive Expression Database, through the search of gene markers, survival analysis and evaluation of the characteristic curve of the subjects are performed to verify the prognostic results of the selected gene markers. In addition, this article takes breast cancer with high morbidity and lung cancer with high mortality as an example, and uses the optimized prognostic index selection method to screen out genetic markers for breast cancer and lung cancer.Provide a certain scientific basis.
