ObjectiveThis study explored the application value of DCE-MRI in cli nical dia gnosis and treatment through the correlation study of breast cancer DCEMRI imagi ng features with pathological and immunohistochemical indicators,in order to guide the clinical early diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis through non-i nvasive imagi ng exami nation,guide the clinical choice of trea tment scheme,and improve the of medical treatment.MethodsCollected breast cancer at the first affi liated hospital of Ji n Zhou me dical university form March 2016 to December,DCE-MRIscan was performe d before surgery and 75 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by pathol ogy and immunology,total 75 lesions,all of them were female.According to the breast MRI imaging report and the data system(B I-RADS),the morpho logy,edge,rei nforcement and TIC curve types of the tumor were recorded.T he tumor size,lymp h node metastasis,histological grade,ER,PR,K I-67 and Her-2 were recorded by postoperati ve pathological exami nation and immunohistochemical exami nation.The above image results and prognostic index were used i n E xcel 2003 for data sorti ng and the test resu lts by S PSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.The normal test was performed th e data P<0.05 was detected as non-normal distribution.Forethermore usedSpearman correlation analysis to describes the correlation between varia bles.Logistic regression analisis was applied to describe the relationship b etween DCE-MRI imagi ng features and prognostic indicators in breast can cer,P<0.05 was been considered statistically significant.Results1.Tumor morphology:Have a correlation with Ki-67 high expression,t umor size,lymph node metastasis and histological grade(r=0.318,P<0.01;r=0.335,P<0.01;r=0.285,P<0.05;r=0.253,P <0.05).2.Tumor edge:Have a correlation with ER under expression,PR under expression and Her-2 high expression(r=-0.340,P<0.01;r=-0.304,P<0.01;r=0.279,P<0.05).3.Strengthen manner:Have a correlation with E R under expression,PR under expression and histological grade(r=-0.343,P <0.01;r=-0.285,P<0.05;r=0.279,P<0.05).4.Time-Intensity Curve:Have a correlation with E R under expression Ki-67 high expression and Tumor si ze(r=-0.410,P<0.01;r=0.265,P<0.05;r=0.272,P<0.05).5.Tumor si ze:Have a correlation wi th Ki-67 high expression(r=0.275,P<0.05).6.Lymph node metastasis:Have a correlation with E R under expressio n,P R under expression,Ki-67 high expression and Her-2 high expression(r=-0.505,P<0.01;r=-0.514,P<0.01;r=0.351,P<0.01;r=0.331,P<0.01).7.Histological grade:Have a correlation with E R under expression and PR under expression,Ki-67 high expression and Her-2 high expression(r=-0.422,P<0.01;r=-0.338,P<0.01;r=0.338,P<0.01;r=0.567,P<0.01).8.Logistic regression analysis examined the correlation between DCE-MRI imagi ng feature and related prognostic indicators.ConclusionThere was a certai n correlate between DCE-MRI imaging feature of breast cancer and related prognostic indicators.So you can through the DCE-MRI imaging examination,the expression of tumor biological i ndicators can be revealed,the biological behavior of tumor is determined and it provides more accurate i nformation for guiding the early diagnosis,the prognosis was assessed indirectly before surgery and more accurate selection of prognosis guidance of clinical treatment plan.
