Since the launch of the HPV nine-valent vaccine in China in April 2018,it has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. For a while, information about HPV vaccines flooded to the audience through various media channels, resulting in a more complex understanding of audiences and information adoption.Impact, the chaotic vaccine market and vaccination storms have greatly affected consumer confidence. From the perspective of media presentation and audience survey, this article compares and analyzes the actual situation of the content presentation and audience information adoption of different communication subjects in the media, and continuously deepens the thinking on the deeper issues of the distortion of HPV vaccine-related information transmission.Give full play to the role of different communication subjects, effectively strengthen the scientific popularization and education of HPV vaccine-related knowledge, and guide the masses to scientifically inoculate HPV vaccines, and put forward targeted countermeasures and recommendations.According to the research, from the perspective of mass communication, the transmission network of HPV-related information is mainly affected by five types of communication subjects such as government departments, medical institutions, mass media, medical service companies, and the general public. The choice and tendency of communication content are affected by the communication subject. The impact of various factors such as functional positioning, professional ability support, and commercial interests.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with female college students in areas with high incidence of cervical cancer,it was found that the overall performance of the respondents 'knowledge of HPV vaccine-related health knowledge is average, and there is still a large space for cognitive needs while there are cognitive omissions;respondents are generally I trust the mass media with high authority, but it is easier to accept the more comprehensive media in the network media;the quality and reliability of the information can significantly promote the audience's adoption of information.Through a comparative study of media presentation and audience adoption,it is found that there is consistency between media presentation and audience cognition, and the content emphasized by the media on "disease awareness","HPV virus","vaccine types",and "vaccination sites" can be Recognize the audience accurately. At the same time, the difference between media presentation and audience perception largely reflects the problem of distorted communication. The existing media information presentation cannot meet the needs of the audience for HPV vaccine information adoption. There is a large space for cognitive needs in terms of vaccine prices, appointment methods, and precautions, but various types of communication subjects have not paid much attention to them.Taken together, the information presented by the media performs better in terms of knowledge dissemination and weaker in properly guiding audience behavior.Based on this, combined with the functional positioning of different transmission subjects, this article proposes a targeted optimization strategy for the effective transmission of HPV vaccine-related information.I hope that this study will promote various types of transmission subjects to reflect on their own transmission behavior and truly Focus on the reasonable health needs of the audience, consumers and users, and achieve effective dissemination of health knowledge as a communication goal.
