In recent years, the efects of the staf migration on the dynamics of information dissem-ination have received great attention. This article mainly researches the influenza spreadingmodel and the tacit knowledge propagation model of personnel mutual flow between twoareas.Chapter Two studies S-I-R influenza spreading model considering the birth and death,which regards that the people flow between two cities.Furthermore, the basic reproductionnumber can be derived. The model is used to doing the numerical simulation. Then, accord-ing to the relationship between the basic reproduction number and emigration rate , thischapter makes a sensitivity analysis. Results show that proper staf migration could controlthe break of influenza efectively.Chapter Three studies the recessive knowledge propagation model possessing the bilin-ear incidence rate, which aims at two small and medium enterprises and allows the staf toflow in the two enterprises. The basic reproduction number can be derived. Then the chap-ter make the qualitative analysis and numerical simulation for the model and the sensitivityanalysis for the relationship between the basic reproduction number and the emigration rate.If the aim is two large enterprises, similarly, the chapter studies the recessive knowledge prop-agation model possessing the standard incidence rate, which allows the staf to flow in thetwo enterprises. Then, the threshold of the recessive knowledge to be uniformly consistent orto disappear in such enterprises can be derived. And the results show that proper migrationcan promote or inhibit the propagation of tacit knowledge in both enterprises efectively.
