The Research On Optimization Management For Clinical Blood Informatization Project In Nanning City

The construction of clinical blood information projects will effectively improve level of blood rational using in clinical science and they are being actively carried out all over the country.The construction of clinical blood information projects built at or above the municipal level,construction of the project information system is involving in many departments and wide coverage.It is easy to produce problems which will affect the successful completion of the project.This paper taked the "Nanning Clinical Blood Information Project" under construction as the research object,analyzed the current problems of the project,and discussed how to optimize the project during the promotion process.Based on a review of related theories of project management and informatization,this paper combined project management theory and the characteristics of informatization project management,and analyzed the current status of clinical blood informatization projects in Nanning to analyze the project's progress management and quality management.There were problems in communication and management,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.In response to these problems,we drawed on the experience of other cities' clinical blood information projects construction,and proposed the optimal management measures for the project.These measures included: 1.To optimize the organizational structure by setting up project leadership group and holding project promotion meeting 2.Developed a method for continuing the plan,developed a process monitoring plan,and established an evaluation and accountability system.3.Maked improvements in personnel,technology,stipulate,system and other aspects to overcome the problem.4.To cope with the problem of poor communication,establishing a communication plan,enriching the forms of communication and other methods were applied.Finally,it was concluded that human factors are an important factor to curb the normal development of clinical blood-based informatization projects;in the case of abnormal project development,appropriate optimization measures can be taken to improve project management;the use of project management methods will help clinical blood The informatization project progressed smoothly.The research in this paper will help the project to advance smoothly,and it can also provide reference for the management of blood information projects in other provinces and cities.
