Research on the structural function of the auditory system and related diseases has become a hot spot in the field of medical workers in recent years.Meniere’s disease is a high incidence of otologic diseases based on the endolymphatic hydrops, which seriously affects the patient’s hearing level and systemic function. However, due to the complexity of the structural function of the mammalian auditory system, people still have not fully studied the operating mechanism of the auditory system, and there is also a lack of clear understanding and effective treatments for the pathogenesis and diagnosis of Meniere’s disease. In this paper,in order to reveal the influence mechanism of Meniere’s disease on the auditory system and to explore more effective stress therapy, the endolymphatic hydrops model was established and the acoustic characteristics of the healthy and endolymphatic hydrops guinea pig ear sound system were tested by a doppler laser vibration measurement system, and the stress therapy experiment and treatment effectiveness evaluation were carried out with the Meniere disease treatment equipment. In this paper,a reversible endolymphatic hydrops guinea pig model was established by injecting the drugs to simulate the pathogenesis of Meniere’s disease.Based on the Doppler laser vibrometer,a Doppler laser vibration test system for the guinea pig cochlea was built which laid a foundation for the subsequent experimental research of this paper. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of the auditory system of healthy and endolymphatic hydrops guinea pigs were tested by single-frequency pure tone excitation, and the linear characteristics of the auditory system of healthy guinea pigs were verified. The results showed that endolymphatic hydrops caused by Meniere’s disease had significant effects on the auditory system of guinea pig, especially in the low frequency and high frequency range, which significantly reduces the vibration amplitude of the stapes and the round window membrane. It is consistent with the clinical symptoms of the low-frequency and high-frequency hearing lost in the early and middle stage of Meniere’s disease patients.Based on the singlefrequency experiment, the sound pressure-displacement(sound sourceround window)transfer function of the auditory system of the guinea pigs with health and endolymphatic hydrops in a wider frequency range was obtained by sweeping excitation. The effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages of two different methods were also showed.Response of the round window membrane of the endolymphatic hydrops guinea pig was found to have a distinct peak near 300 Hz,and the amplitude was significantly higher than that of healthy guinea pigs.It provides a powerful theoretical basis and reference for revealing the working mechanism of the human auditory system, clarifying the influence and mechanism of related ear diseases such as Meniere’s disease on the human auditory system and finding out further targeted effective diagnosis and treatment. On the basis of the previous experiments,we tried to improve the pressure therapy signal of the homemade Meniere’s disease treatment equipment. The treatment experiment was carried out on the endolymphatic hydrops guinea pig,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by the level of hydronephrosis and the hearing level. The evaluation experiment of the therapeutic effects has important reference value and guiding significance for the verification and further improvement of Meniere’s stress treatment in both theoretical and practical application.
