Design And Implementation Of Internet Medical Outpatient System Based On Cloud Platform

In recent years,medical and health care reform gradually thorough,all levels of hospital managers are increasingly recognize that should further improve the level of hospital management,to provide the best quality health care services to national,at the same time to the socialist market economic competition environment and the health care system reform the benign economic cycle,ensure the hospital itself in the process of scientific and effective information management has become a necessary premise,the implementation of hospital information system(HIS)has been the historical request to a new stage.In hospital management,outpatient informationization is the primary link of hospital informationization construction.Outpatient work involves many personnel and the department's work is trivial and complex.Therefore,the construction of medical outpatient service system can improve the work efficiency of the outpatient department,standardize the charging process and provide better medical services for patients.This research on the Internet medical outpatient system based on the cloud platform adopts MyEclipse tool and Mysql database for development.The system function division is based on the subsystem classification of the main users of the system,which is divided into the administrator subsystem,the doctor workstation subsystem and the sub-workstation subsystem.The administrator subsystem is equipped with the modules of system setting,outpatient service scheduling management,registration management,bill management,statistical analysis and collaborative service management,which can convert the workflow of the outpatient service into information flow,conduct standardized processing of data,assist the outpatient service staff to work together,and help nurses and patients to deal with various outpatient affairs.The subsystem of doctor workstation can complete the information services required by doctors' out-patient medical services,such as punch card registration,patient management and medical record management.Doctors can record patient diagnosis information through the doctor workstation.User workstation subsystem at a lower level service staff,nurses,patients can be divided into the window,the window service personnel can be registered,receipts,card management,such as operation,nurse workstation can complete outpatient information query guide the patients for medical treatment,patients can login system for network registration,query cost,such as payment operation,through the network service differentiation hospital window waiting for people,improve the efficiency of outpatient service.This paper analyzes the requirements of different types of users and divides the functional modules according to the software design process.And the interface class,sequence diagram,entity relationship and database table design.Use Openstack cloud platform to build the system,implement the system according to the system design content,and describe the process of the system from design to development.After the system design and implementation,through the system function and performance of two aspects of the test,proved the integrity and practicability of the system.After the system is put into trial operation,the survey of various types of users is carried out.The feedback shows that the system has certain practicability and promotion value.
