PURPOSE: Research on Yizhimei dynamic navigation system(Suzhou Digital-health care Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.,China)used to assist the implant placement and surgical treatment in mandibula posterior teeth area,and the precision of implantation site was analyzed to explore the reasons that may affect the accuracy,evaluate the clinical application effect,and objectively evaluate the impact of this technology in implant dentistry,provide the application and promotion of this technique in implant dentistry can be referred.METHODS: Seven patients who were treated in implanting department of Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Fujian Medical School for posterior teeth loss of mandible and used dynamic navigation assisted with implanting surgical treatment from November 2018 to April 2019.Their age ranged from 33 years old to 66 years old,with the average age of 47 years old.There were 2 male patients and 5 female patients.In addition,there were 9 implanting sites.Surgical contraindications were excluded.There were more than three continuous stable tooth in the nearby dental arch.Under the principle of voluntariness,the patients signed the operation approval.Patients wore the positioning template to collect CBCT image before operation.DICOM data from the CBCT leading-in Yizhimei dynamic navigation system was led to do 3D image reconstruction,definite diagnosis,preoperative planning operation path,selective implanting system,implanting sites,preoperative registering and dynamic navigation in the software to guide the oral implanting treatment.After operation,CBCT was photographed.The preoperative planning scheme and CBCT photographed after operation were led to Yizhimei precision verification software.Night sites were targeted at implanting sites,deviation at entry,apex and angular errors in implantation site for data collection and analysis.Results: Among the 9 implant sites collected in this study,the deviation between the actual implant site and the proposed implant site in the three-dimensional direction at the at entry was 1.025mmą 0.181mm(0.868mm~1.485mm).The deviation of the implant at apex was 1.212mmą 0.352mm(0.502mm~1.748mm).Angular errors is 3.072°ą0.404°(2.173°~3.606 °)?Conclusion: As studying Yizhimei dynamic navigation system and equipment application in patients' implantation for posterior teeth loss of mandible,the deviation value belongs to the acceptable range.This verifies the precision of this technology in the posterior teeth loss area.In addition to have one more method in clinical treatment,the dynamic navigation system provides a new thinking mode for the future oral implanting education,thus medical students or doctors who have less experience can safely and reliably complete implanting treatment under the precondition of guaranteeing precision.Considering fewer samples involved in this study,the dentition quadrant contained was limited.In the future,more clinical studies should be used to continue verifying the application effect in the implanting treatment.It is expected that such a technology can be widely used in oral implanting industry with more and more studies,so as to benefit more doctors and patients.
