Objective:To explore the Concrete implementation of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery in perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer and its impact on patients.Methods:200 patients with colorectal cancer surgicaly treated in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Oct 2018 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into traditional treatment group(n=100)and ERAS group(n=100).The ERAS group was treated with ERAS treatment programs and the traditional treatment group was treated with conventional treatment.Clinical data of patients were collected and compared between the two groups including preoperative general data(age, gender,ASA,BMI,tumor location,TNM stage),intraoperative conditions(operation time, intraoperative blood loss, conversion to open surgery),postoperative conditions(the first flatus time after surgery、the first cacation time after surgery、hospital stay, total hospital costs),postoperative complications(cardiopulmonary dysfunction, anastomotic fistula, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary infection, incision infection, urinary tract infection, gastrointestinal bleeding and postoperative intestinal obstruction)and laboratory indexes(NLR,TP,ALB on the first day before operation,NLR,TP,ALB on the postoperative third day). Results:The postoperative condition(the first flatus time after surgery、the first cacation time after surgery、hospital stay, total hospital costs)of the ERAS group was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with that in the traditional treatment group, the incidence of postoperative complications(anastomotic fistula, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, urinary tract infection, pulmonary infection)in the ERAS group was significantly lower(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the laboratory indexes(NLR,TP,ALB on the postoperative third day)between the ERAS group and traditional treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The ERAS strategy applied in perioperative period of colorectal cancer showed obvious advantages.2.ERAS could reduce postoperative inflammatory response in patients.3.ERAS could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of colorectal cancer.
