Objective To establish a localized accelerated rehabilitation surgery plan and measures for perioperative treatment of laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients in the three areas of general surgery in Ordos Central Hospital. To explore the clinical value of the accelerated rehabilitation surgery program measures in the perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients,to establish scientific and reasonable accelerated rehabilitation programs and measures suitable for the region and to promote their application. Methods From October 2017 to December 2019,patients who were hospitalized in three areas of general surgery in our hospital, were diagnosed as colon or rectal malignant tumors with colonoscopy and pathology, and were planned to undergo laparoscopic surgery. The random number table method was adopted to fit the experiments. The standard patients were randomly divided into the traditional treatment group and the rapid recovery group. The perioperative management measures of the traditional treatment group and the rapid recovery group respectively applied the traditional plan and our accelerated rehabilitation surgical plan and measures to collect and analyze the characteristics of the perioperative period of the patients.Data and data for statistical analysis. Results A total of 103 cases were enrolled in this experiment. There were 53 cases in the rapid recovery group and 50 cases in the traditional treatment group. There were 60 males,43 females,52 colonic tumors, and 51 rectal tumors. There were no significant differences in gender ratio, age, tumor location,BMI,tumor TNM stage, preoperative albumin level, and hemoglobin count between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).White blood cell count on the 2nd day(t = 2.170,p = 0.019),CRP level on the 2nd day after the operation(t = 2.588,p = 0.015),postoperative hospital stay(t = 4.960,p = <0.001),hospitalization cost(t = 2.318,p = 0.022),the time of the first postoperative water intake(t = 4.964,p <0.001),the time of the first postoperative fluid intake(t = 5.429,p<0.001),and the time of the first postoperative exhaust(T = 2.123,p = 0.036),postoperative gastric tube removal time(t = 5.429,p <0.001),postoperative urinary tube removal time(t =5.172,p <0.001),postoperative drainage tube removal time(t = 2.952,p = 0.004)The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the first defecation time(t = 1.436,p =0.154),postoperative complications(?2= 0.429,p = 0.512)Compared with the traditionaltreatment group, the difference was not significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery is safe and effective in the perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal surgery. The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can reduce the trauma stress of patients, shorten the length of hospitalization, reduce the cost of hospitalization, promote the rapid recovery of patients, and improve the safety and satisfaction of patients during perioperative period.
