Objective preliminary discussion after endovascular treatment of intracranial unruptured aneurysms micro patients with cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)incidence, risk factors and its clinical significance. Methods prospective study patients after endovascular treatment of intracranial unruptured aneurysms, average head 4 ~ 7d after MR susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)check monitoring postoperative incidence of micro cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)and analyze the possible risk factors, combined with its clinical characteristics(the number and location)and discussed its clinical significance.Resultsfrom may 2018 to march 2019,a total of 111 patients(including 36 male patients and 75 female patients)were median aged 54 years and range of 29 ~ 78 years for intracranial unruptured aneurysm intravascular treatment, and the postoperative SWI positive rate was 42.3%(47/111).Univariate analysis showed that age over 65,history of alcohol consumption, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of atherosclerosis, multiple aneurysms, and average duration of surgery had significant effects on postoperative cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)(P <0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that alcoholconsumption history, history of atherosclerosis and multiple aneurysms were independent risk factors for postoperative cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)(P < 0.05).The number of intracranial microhemorrhages was mostly concentrated in 1 ~ 3,a few in 4 ~ 5,mainly in the cerebral lobes and basal ganglia, and a few in the pons and cerebellum. Conclusion the incidence of cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)after endovascular treatment of unruptured intracranial aneurysms(42.3%)is not low,and its risk factors are similar to those identified in previous studies. However, our study found that multiple aneurysms and the duration of operation can also affect cerebral microbleeds(CMBs).After our preliminary discussion: related risk factors of patients and patients with multiple aneurysms should do well in preoperative preparation, intraoperative operation should be gentle, simple, rapid,in order to reduce the operation time, reduce the occurrence of micro cerebral microbleeds(CMBs),postoperative do micro cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)monitoring,in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia.
