Objective: To evaluate the value of thromboelastogram(TEG)in the prethrombotic state of children with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS).Methods: The differences of TEG between PNS group and healthy group were compared. Then the results of TEG and routine coagulation test and PLT were analyzed by kappa consistent analysis and diagnostic efficacy analysis. Results: Compared with the healthy group, the R and K values in the PNS group were significantly shortened(P <0.05),while the PLT,?-Angle,and MA values were significantly increased(P <0.05).The Kappa values of R,APTT and PT are 0.39(P> 0.05)and 0.178(P> 0.05);K,?-Angle,MA and Kappa value of Fib are 0.111(P> 0.05)and 0.304,respectively.(P> 0.05),0.529(P <0.05);K,?-Angle,MA and Kappa value of PLT were 0.038(P> 0.05),-0.048(P> 0.05),0.079(P> 0.05).The Sensitivity of APTT,R and PLT are 33.3%,66.7%,and 100%;the specificity of APTT,R and PLT are 88.2%,70.6%,and 13.3%;the positive predictive value of APTT,R and PLT are 33.3%,28.6%,and 16.7%;the negative predictive value of APTT,R and PLT are 88.2%,92.3%,and 100%;the Youden index of APTT,R and PLT are 0.215,0.373,and 0.133.Conclusion: TEG plays an important role in the evaluation of prethrombotic state in children with PNS.And Compared with PLT and APTT,TEG has a better diagnostic value in the determination of thrombosis.
