Study On The Optimization Of Public Health Supervision In Xuzhou

Public health supervision is an important form of management of health affairs in China and an important part of the socialist legal construction.Efficient public health supervision and law enforcement is an important guarantee for the good development of health undertakings in China,which is related to the vital interests of the public and health and safety.The objects of public health supervision have multiplied,and the responsibilities and rights of public health supervision institutions have been increasing.Both the development of the country and the needs of the times require higher quality of public health supervision.How to do a good job in public health supervision and administrative law enforcement has become the most urgent problem to ensure the development of public health.By using the methods of literature collection,investigation and data analysis,and drawing on the research materials at home and abroad,this paper studies the current situation of public health supervision in Xuzhou City,understands the existing problems in the development of public health supervision and management,and combines the theory with practice,so as to provide reference for further optimizing public health supervision and promote the public health supervision in China to be on the right track ? This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the research,the research summary at home and abroad,research ideas,methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis of public health supervision.This paper introduces the meaning,classification and theoretical knowledge of public health supervision.The third chapter is the basic situation of public health supervision in Xuzhou City,analyzing the existing problems of public health supervision.The fourth chapter is the analysis of Xuzhou City public health supervision problems.The fifth chapter is the Countermeasures of Xuzhou public health supervision optimization.According to the situation of public health supervision in Xuzhou,this paper puts forward the following six suggestions: first,to improve the laws and regulations of public health supervision;second,to deepen the reform of public health supervision and law enforcement system;third,to improve the configuration of public health supervision facilities and equipment;fourth,to strengthen the construction of public health supervision and law enforcement team;fifth,to build a new mode of coordinated public health supervision of the whole society;Sixth It is to improve the emergency response mechanism for public health emergencies.With the deepening of the reform of the public health supervision system,the public health environment is becoming increasingly complex,and people's requirements for health are generally improved.In recent years,public health supervision has become a hot topic in society,which needs to face new challenges with higher standards.This study is the first time for Xuzhou City to analyze the current situation of public health supervision,as well as the problems and Countermeasures in management.There is no previous research data on this aspect,which is of certain significance to solve the problems existing in the city's public health supervision.It can more scientifically and efficiently guide the city's public health supervision work and improve the efficiency of public health supervision.At the same time,this paper will provide reference for the optimization of public health supervision in other similar areas,and make due contribution to the development of public health.
