Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the continuous improvement of population mobility, migrant workers have gradually become an important reserve force for urban labor supply.According to the 2018 migrant workers monitoring survey report, with the change of population age structure, the proportion of migrant workers over 50 years old has increased year by year in the past five years, which shows that the elderly migrant workers have gradually become an important force in the construction of urbanization. The research shows that people pay less attention to the health problems of the floating population, such as the elderly migrant workers, and the elderly migrant workers should become the key objects of health management and health maintenance.Based on the cross-section data and related literature of the national floating population health and family planning dynamic monitoring survey in 2017,this paper comprehensively analyzes the basic characteristics and health status of the elderly migrant workers, and selects two indicators of self-evaluation health and chronic diseases to evaluate the health risks faced by the elderly migrant workers. And the use of binary Logistic regression and multiple ordered Logistic regression quantitative methods to study. The results showed that :(1)The overall health status of the elderly migrant workers was good, but there were health risks from the comprehensive analysis of self-rated health and chronic diseases.(2)The health risk factors faced by the elderly migrant workers are extensive.Besides demographic factors, there are socio-economic factors, mobility factors, employment factors, health management and social adaptation.(3)The health risks faced by the elderly migrant workers show both regular consistency and differences in self-assessment of health and chronic diseases, mainly as follows: gender, education level, marital status, mobility range, inflow area, labor industry, monthly average income, social insurance coverage, accessibility and convenience of medical services, social interaction and other factors have a significant impact on their self-assessment health, but not on chronic diseases;employment status poses a risk to migrant workers, and the most significant impact on the elderly. In terms of family per capita income and socialparticipation, the elderly migrant workers have shown good self-assessment health status, but there are chronic problems. This reflects the fact that family support capacity and social participation are health risk factors that require focused attention.According to the analysis results, from the point of view of health management, the paper puts forward the strategies to prevent the health risk of the elderly migrant workers: to ensure the basic life of the elderly migrant workers at the macro-policy level,to ensure that the elderly migrant workers enjoy equal health services;to promote the community health public service system at the meso-level,and to strengthen occupational health risk management;and to enhance the awareness and ability of self-health management of the elderly migrant workers at the micro-level.
