ObjectivesIn this study,a randomized controlled trial design was used to study the effect of acupuncture trigger point on the functional activity and gait of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP),so as to provide an objective basis for the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture trigger point on patients with CNLBP.MethodsRecruit 54 eligible subjects, were randomly divided into acupuncture the trigger point of traditional acupuncture group and waiting for the treatment group, each group of 18 people, respectively, prior to the treatment of treatment 4 weeks after the end of a month, with Visual Analogue Scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)Oswestry Disability Index(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)assessment of gait assessment after treatment of 4 weeks prior to the treatment using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis, adopt bilateral inspection,(P<0.05)considered the difference to be statistically significant.Results1.Baseline results: there was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, height, weight,BMI,pain in the dominant side of disease course support among the three groups(P?0.05).2.ODI results: repeated measurement anova showed that the difference between the spherical test and the covariance matrix was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference in G-G(Greenhouse-Geisser)model test was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P?0.05).One-way analysis of variance showed statistically significant differences between the three groups four weeks after intervention(P<0.05),post-test indicated that the trigger point group was less than the waiting group(P<0.05);No statistically significant difference was found among the three groups during the 1-month follow-up(P?0.05).2.VAS results: repeated measurement anova showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the sphericity test and the covariance matrix(P?0.05),while there was statistically significant difference between the sphericity test and the covariance matrix(P<0.05),the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Oneway analysis of variance showed statistically significant differences between the three groups four weeks after intervention(P<0.05),post-test indicated that the traditional acupuncture group of trigger point group was all lower than the waiting group(P<0.05);No statistically significant difference was found among the three groups during the 1-month follow-up(P?0.05).3.Spatial and temporal parameters of gait: there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P?0.05).4.Gait kinematics parameters: analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences between the three groups in the Range of Motion(ROM)of the right ankle joint(P<0.05),post hoc examination suggested that the sagittal ROM level ROM of the right ankle joint was statistically significant in the trigger point group compared with the traditional acupuncture group(P<0.05);Compared with the waiting group, the difference of right ankle roms in sagittal plane and frontal plane was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Gait dynamics parameters: analysis of variance showed that the difference between the three groups of horizontal peak moment of right hip joint and bilateral knee joint was statistically significant(P<0.05),post-test indicated that the difference of horizontal peak moment of the right hip joint was statistically significant between the trigger point group and the waiting group(P<0.05);Compared with the waiting group, the difference of horizontal peak moment of right hip joint and bilateral knee joint was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Correlation analysis between gait parameters and VAS ODI: the results showed that all gait parameters with statistically significant difference were in low degree correlation with VAS ODI with statistically significant difference(| r |<0.4),with no statistical significance(P?0.05).Conclusions1.Acupuncture trigger point treatment can significantly alleviate the pain of patients with CNLBP,and its effect is better than traditional acupuncture and waiting treatment.2.Acupuncture at trigger point can significantly improve the dysfunction of patients with CNLBP,and its effect is better than waiting for treatment.3.The long-term effect of acupuncture trigger points on CNLBP patients is not significant.4.Acupuncture trigger points may have some influence on the peak torque of the right hip joint level in patients with CNLBP.5.Traditional acupuncture treatment can relieve and improve the pain and dysfunction of CNLBP patients.6.Traditional acupuncture treatment may have some influence on ROM of the three planes of the right ankle joint, peak torque of the horizontal plane of the knee joint, and peak torque of the horizontal plane of the right hip joint of CNLBP patients.
