Objective:This topic will explore and explain the therapeutic effect of Zhang's therapy on acute ankle sprain through clinical observation and evaluation of Zhang's therapy in the treatment of acute ankle sprain(Acute ankle sprain),and provide reference for clinical treatment of AAS.Method:To collect 60 patients who met the standard from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital.Through the method of random number table, they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.Under the guidance of physicians, conventional treatments based on the 2018 evidence-based clinical guidelines for ankle sprains and POLICE principles were carried out;the treatment of the experimental group was given to Zhang's therapy. The VAS pain score, swelling score, and Kofoed score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were used as observation indicators to observe the changes of the patients before and after treatment, and the efficacy of each group was evaluated. The conclusion was obtained through statistical analysis.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups of subjects were compared on gender, age, condition grade,VAS score, swelling score, and Kofoed score. The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Comparison between groups is comparable.2.Comparing the VAS scores between the two groups of subjects after treatment and before treatment,it was found that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);and the comparison between the groups after treatment was also statistically significant(P <0.05);this explains the chapter This type of therapy has advantages over conventional therapies in improving the pain of an acute ankle sprain.3.Compare the swelling scores of the two groups of subjects after treatment and before treatment, and find that the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);and the comparison between groups after treatment is also statistically significant(P <0.05);this It shows that Zhang's therapy has advantages over conventional treatment in improving acute ankle swelling.4.The Kofoed scores of the two groups of subjects after treatment were compared with those before treatment, and the differences were found to be statistically significant(P <0.05);and the comparison between the groups after treatment was also statistically significant(P<0.05);this explains the chapter This type of therapy has advantages over conventional therapy in improving the overall function of the acute ankle joint.5.The total efficacy score after 2 weeks of treatment in the two groups: chapter therapy group: 10 patients were cured,15 patients were markedly effective,5 patients were effective,0 patients were ineffective, and the control rate was 83.3%;conventional treatment group: 5patients were cured,13 patients were markedly effective,Ten patients were effective and two were ineffective. The control rate was 60%,and the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).This shows that chapter therapy is more effective than conventional therapy for acute ankle sprains. Conclusion:Patients diagnosed and treated by Zhang's therapy have better results than conventional therapy in terms of pain improvement, swelling elimination, comprehensive function and clinical efficacy, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
