Clinical Observation Of Sling-Exercise Training Combined With Xiaobi Decoction In The Treatment Of Hip Osteoarthritis Of Early And Middle Yang Deficiency And Cold Coagulation

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Sling-Exercise Training combined with Xiaobi Decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis of hip joint with yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods A total of 60 patients with hip osteoarthritis who met the diagnostic criteria in the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation of the Zhangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a control group and a test group,each group In 30 cases,both groups were treated with oral celecoxib.The patients in the experimental group were given Sling-Exercise Training and Chinese medicine Xiaobi Decoction on the basis of celecoxib.Both groups were observed at the beginning and 7 days,14 days,and 30 days after treatment.The Harris score,ESR and hs-CRP of the patients were observed at the beginning and 30 days after the treatment.The positive side radiographs of the affected hip were observed.The data were collected for statistical analysis and the overall efficacy was evaluated.Results All 60 patients collected completed 30 days of follow-up.On the first day of ad mission,there was no significant difference in Harris score and no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the seventh,14,and 30 days of admission,the improvement of Harris score in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);On the first day of admission,there was no significant difference in hs-CRP between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the seventh,14,and 30 days of admission,the improvement of hs-CRP level in the experime ntal group was better than that in the control group,with statistics Significance of study(P<0.05);On the first day of admission,there was no significant difference in ESR level and no statistical significance(P>0.05).On the 7th,14 th,and 30 th day of admission,the improvement of ESR level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05);on the first day of admission,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the lateral X-ray film,no statistical significance(P>0.05),on the 30 th day of admission,in the experimental group The improvement of X-ray films was better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of comprehensive efficacy: the comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sling-Exercise Training and Xiaobi Decoction in the treatment of hip osteoarthritis of Yang Deficiency and Cold Depression can better improve joint pain and improve hip function.
