Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Weijing Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome and its effect on peripheral blood leukocyte(WBC),percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and explore its mechanism of action,which provides provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty-four subjects with bronchiectasis and infection of phlegm-heat stagnation and lung syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 32 cases each.The control group received western medicine routine anti-infection and phlegm treatment,the specific plan was: intravenous infusion of levofloxacin sodium chloride injection,100 ml each time,once a day,and adjust anti-infection program as appropriate after obtaining sputum culture and drug sensitivity results;Intravenous drip 30 mg Ambroxol hydrochloride injection that was added to 100 ml 0.9%sodium chloride injection,twice daily.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine Jiawei Weijing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks.And observe the changes of the TCM syndrome points,peripheral blood leukocyte,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and sort out the data,statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in the general data(gender,age,course of disease,days of acute exacerbation),total score of TCM syndromes,single score of TCM syndromes,peripheral blood leukocyte,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in sputum culture and antibiotic use(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 87.10%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,The improvement degree of TCM syndrome total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).4.Compared with the group before and after treatment,the two groups can improve cough,yellow sputum,fever,shortness of breath,chest tightness,dry mouth,constipation,short yellow urine,and moist rales.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparing within the treatment group,the improvement of cough,yellow sputum,constipation and short yellow urin in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the improvement degree of syndrome points of fever,shortness of breath,chest tightness,dry mouth and moist rales between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).5.The two groups were able to reduce peripheral blood leukocytel,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin.There was a statistically significantdifference between the groups before and after treatment(P?0.01).Difference between groups before and after treatments,the degree of decline in the treatment group all was better than the control group(P?0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall effect of Jiawei Weijing Decoction combined with western medicine in treating bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm-heat stagnation and lung syndrome is better than Western medicine treatment alone,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life.2.Jiawei Weijing Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm-heat stagnation and lung syndrome,in the improvement of peripheral blood leukocyte,percentage of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin inflammation index is better than Western medicine treatment alone.It can be inferred that Jiawei Weijing Decoction can synergize anti-infection by inhibiting airway inflammation,which is beneficial to reduce inflammation. |
