Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ascites Of Cirrhotic With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Combination Of ShiPiYin And BILT Liver Disease Treatment Instrument

Objective Through the clinical observation on the treatment of ascites due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency type cirrhosis by ShiPiYin combined with BILT liver disease therapy instrument,the effect and safety of the treatment were discussed,which provides a reference for the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group,observation group 1,observation group 2,30 patients in each group.control group was treated with simple western medicine(etiology,liver protection,diuresis,etc.);observation group 1 was added to the control group with traditional Chinese medicine ShiPiYin;observation group 2was added to the control group with traditional Chinese medicine ShiPiYin and BILT(DSG-III)liver disease treatment instrument.After 4 weeks of treatment,symptoms,liver function(AIL、AST、ALB、TBIL),spleen thickness,portal vein diameter,ascites grade,abdominal circumference,weight,24 hours urine volume,clinical efficacy and other indicators were observed.Results 1.Treatment of TCM syndrome : three groups of the treatment of TCM syndrome comparison,observation group 2 total effective rate 96.7% higher than observation group 1 total effective rate 86.7% higher than control group total effective rate 66.7%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Liver function(AIL、AST、ALB、TBIL): the difference of liver function before and after treatment in three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatmentthe,the difference of liver function(ALT、AST、ALB、TBIL)between observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group was statistically significant(P <0.05);the ALT 、 AST difference between observation group 2 and observation group 1 was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in ALB、TBIL comparison(P>0.05);3.Ascites classification:before and after treatment,the ascites grading of the three groups were all reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the ascites grading of the three groups statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Abdominal circumference,weight,24 hour urine volume: the abdominal circumference,body weight and 24 hours urine volume of the three groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,observation group 2,observation group 1 were statistically different from the control group(P <0.05),and observation group 2 and observation group 1 were statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Inner diameter of portal vein,spleen thickness: after treatment,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05);6.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 63.3% in the control group,83.3% in the observation group and 96.7% in the observation group,P<0.05,there was statistical difference;7.Safety index: no adverse reactions were found in the three groups during and after treatment,and its short-term application was safe and reliable.Conclusion 1.Based on western medicine treatment,ShiPiYin combined with BILT(DSG-III)liver disease therapy instrument can better relieve symptoms,improve liver function,subside ascites,reduce abdominal circumference and reduce body weight;2.On the basis of western medicine treatment,ShiPiYin combined with BILT(DSG-III)type liver disease therapy instrument is better than the ShiPiYin in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type cirrhosis ascites,BILT(DSG-III)liver disease therapy instrument has certain clinical effect in adjuvant treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites,which is worth popularizing in clinical application;3.There is no adverse reaction during clinical medication,its short-term application is safe and reliable.
