Objective Execution culture construction had already been an important component of hospital management,which means great importance for the hospital survival and development.The cultural construction plays an important role in hospital scientific management and team building.This study focuses on theoretically defining the hospital execution culture.An evaluation questionnaire is designed to explore the culture construction model,and analyzed the feature of hospital execution culture,which will help for the hospital execution culture construction.Methods Based on the references and the experts' interview,a draft evaluation questionnaire was designed to carry out.A pre-investigation on the employees of 9 provincial municipal comprehensive hospitals.In the pre-investigation,we screened for questionnaire items through exploratory factor analysis(EFA).Then,a formal evaluation questionnaire was designed to carry out the formal investigation on the same employees of 9 provincial municipal comprehensive hospitals.In the formal investigation,we explored the hospital execution cultural structure through exploratory factor analysis and investigated the staff structure through descriptive analysis.We tested the questionnaire's reliability and efficacy through chron-bach's a coefficient and correlation analysis.We also studied the hospital execution culture feature through one-factor variance and reciprocation test analysis.Results Through analysis,screening and amending,an evaluation questionnaire was finally designed with 40 questions on hospital execution culture.The ratio of accumulation contributes that eight factors which through exploratory factor analysis(EFA) is above 70%,the load coefficient of subject matched to the connotation of one factor.The questionnaire has satisfactory structure efficacy.Its total chron-bach's a coefficient is 0.961 and each of the eight factors chron-bach's a coefficient is over 0.701.The questionnaire has satisfactory reliability.Empirical study explored eight factors model of hospital execution culture.The eight factors are:the scientific management,the staff growth,the strategic target,the information communication,the team cooperation,the leader's model factor,the organization's recognition,and the patients' guide.The study also analyzed the characteristic of hospital execution culture.The results indicated that hospital staffs have the remarkable difference in the scientific management,the staff growth,the information communication,the team cooperation,the organization's recognition,and the patients' guide.The results also indicated that hospital staffs have not obvious difference in strategic target and the leader's model factor.Conclusion This study theoretically defined the conception of hospital execution culture and designed an evaluation questionnaire of hospital execution culture.The questionnaire has satisfactory reliability and efficacy after tested.The questionnaire provide a scientifically,reasonable and feasibility tool for evaluating hospital execution culture.The eight factors model of hospital execution culture and characteristic analysis provided the reference for further hospital execution culture construction.This study put forward a reference route for hospital execution culture construction.It is of great significance for the construction of hospital execution culture.
