| Purpose: Chongming has a unique geographical environment and demographic characteristics.With the continuous development of world-class ecological islands,the aging phenomenon in Chongming area has become more prominent.By the end of 2018,the total population of Chongming household registration was 676,000,60 years old and The number of elderly people is about 220,000,and the number of senior citizens is growing.The number of centenarians has reached 116 in October 2018.Chongming's old-age support system for the elderly is facing a severe test.This research explores the relevant influencing factors through the survey of the quality of life of centenarians in Chongming area,and summarizes the characteristics of local centenarians in combination with interview examples,provides reference for the healthy life of the local population,and proposes to improve the social support system for the elderly in Chongming.Methods: Through the preliminary cognitive screening and on-site physical examination services for 106 centenarians in Chongming District as of April 2017,a cross-sectional study was conducted on the formal survey subjects using questionnaires and in-depth interviews.The general situation table is used to understand the basic situation of the centenarians.The SF-36 Concise Health Scale understands the quality of life and the Social Support Scale understands the social support of the elderly.The related influencing factors were obtained by single factor and multi-factor statistical analysis.Univariate statistics,multivariate regression analysis,Pearson correlation and other statistical methods were used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the quality of life of centenarians.Results: 1.The total score of the SF-36 scale of the centenarians in Chongming area was 102.208±13.712.According to the total score of the scale,the overall quality of life was moderate,the total score of physical health(PCS)was 181.577±50.271,and the total score of mental health(MCS)was 277.855±81.636.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the overall quality of life of Chongming Centenarians were the form of pension,dietary preference,location,sleep less than 4 hours,chronic disease,culture,and marriage.2.The total score of social support for centenarians in Chongming area is 34.13±5.376.According to the criteria for the scale value,it is in a satisfactory social support level,but the total score and sub-dimension are slightly lower than the literature in Dujiangyan,Sichuan Province.The mean value of the centenarians was statistically significant.2.The total score of social support for centenarians in Chongming area is 34.13±5.376,which is in a satisfactory social support level according to the criteria for the results of the scale;the total score and the sub-dimension are slightly lower than the 49 cases of Dujiangyan in Sichuan Province.The mean value of centenarians,t-test showed statistical difference between the two groups of total scores and subjective dimensions.3.Pearson correlation statistics between social support and sf-36 dimensions showed that there was a positive correlation between total social support score and sf-36 scale health dimension score(MH).Objective support was positively correlated with the total score of sf-36 scale,energy dimension(VT)and mental health dimension(MH).This means that centenarians receive higher levels of material and spiritual support,higher levels of mental health,and higher quality of life.4.Regression analysis on the total score of social support on quality of life showed that: social support significantly improved the overall quality of life of chongming centenarians.The total score of qol increased by 1.394 points for each level of objective support.For each level of subjective support,the total score of quality of life increased by 0.656 points.There was no significant difference in the influence of the utilization of support on the total score of quality of life.Conclusion: 1.The life quality of chongming regions centenarians related factors and summarized as:(1)social demographic factors(gender,marriage,health care,culture,region)(2)pension form(3)life behavior(diet,drinking habits,sleep,self health value)(4)social support(5)the regional environment quality.2.The characteristics of centenarians in chongming include :(1)good interpersonal relationship;(2)contented and confident mental state;(3)unique interests and hobbies Policy recommendations: First,it is recommended to implement the family mutual aid public service project to alleviate the phenomenon of solitary sensation among the elderly and the elderly;secondly,strengthen the skills of the home care team to effectively serve the special elderly group;thirdly,advocate the cultural concept of “respecting the elderly in learning”;Senior citizens regularly participate in community medical examinations;... |
