Aim:To observe the clinical status of the application of Antifungal drugs in patients with moderate or severe liver injury. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the changes of liver biochemistry, coagulation and Child-Pugh score of 81 cases of patients with moderate or severe liver injury?a group:moderate liver injury Child-Pugh grade B?Score from 7 to 9?;b group:severe liver injury Child-Pugh grade C?Score from 10 to 15??admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2012 to September 2017,who were treated with azoles, echinocandins and azoles combined simultaneously or sequentially with echinocandins. Results:For patients treated with azoles,ALT,AST,?-GT,ALP and PTA decreased compared with baseline, while ALP decreased gradually,TBIL,DBIL,TBA,INR and PT increased compared with baseline, while TBA showed an upward trend. For patients treated with echinocandins,ALT,AST,TBA and PTA showed a decreasing trend,while?-GT,INR and PT showed an increasing trend,ALP was increased on 7th and 14th days, and decreased on 21st day, while TBIL and DBIL showed a decreasing trend after 7 days. For patients treated with azoles combined simultaneously or sequentially with echinocandins,ALT and AST increased,ALP,?-GT,TBIL,DBIL,INR and PT increased gradually, and TBA and PTA decreased gradually. There was no difference before or after antifungal treatment. Conclusions:There was no significant changes were observed in liver biochemistry, blood clotting, and Child-Pugh score in the three groups. Therefore, for patients with moderate or severe liver injury, those three groups of antifungal drugs could be safely used at least for 21 days.
