Retrospective Analysis And Research Direction Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Antifungal

Objectives:The research status of Chinese herbal antifungal drugs was analyzed,and the research direction and evaluation system of Chinese herbal antifungal drugs were discussed.Methods:The literature on antifungal activities of Chinese herbal medicines in China was searched,and a questionnaire on antifungal activities of Chinese herbal medicines in China was designed.The retrieved literatures were imported into endnote software according to the classification,and finally summarized and analyzed.Based on the literature research and the questionnaire of antifungal fungi of Chinese herbal medicine designed in this study,the research status of antifungal Chinese herbal medicine in China was analyzed,and the research direction and activity evaluation system of antifungal Chinese herbal medicine were discussed.Results:A total of 581 Chinese and foreign literatures were searched,and 432 literatures were related to this study.Studies on antifungal activity of Chinese herbal medicine are mostly in vitro experiments,but few in animal experiments and clinical experiments.There are many researches on the species and components of antifungal Chinese herbal medicines,but few on the mechanism of action of antifungal Chinese herbal medicines.The Chinese herbal medicines that resist yeast are:peony bark,Fujian Spray.The Chinese herbal medicine that resistsringworm of the skin has:humifiuse euphorbia herb,compound cortex pseudolaricis cream,matrine.The Chinese herbal medicines that can resist bidirectional fungi include scutellaria baicalensis,Patchouli essential oil.Chinese herbs used against other fungi include cnidium,Patchouli ketone.Based on the literature of antifungal Chinese herbal medicine and the research methods of antifungal of western medicine,the evaluation system of antifungal activity of Chinese herbal medicine were discussed.Conclusion:1.Since 1964,China began to study the antifungal effect of Chinese herbal medicine,However,the research and development institutions are relatively scattered with uneven quality.there are few about the mechanism of action,experimental comparison and statistical analyses.2.At present,more than 300 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have been found to have anti-fungal activities.The extraction methods of traditional Chinese medicine are various,and the in vitro experiments are various and not uniform.Some compound formulations are kept secret.3.Some Chinese herbal medicines have been tested in vitro and observed in clinical,There are reliable experimental comparison and statistical analysis,worthy of promotion4.evaluation system of antifungal activity of Chinese herbal medicine are as follows:(l)the composition of antifungal Chinese herbal medicine is clear,the:extraction method is clear,the maneuverability and repeatability are strong;(2)In vitro drug sensitivity test method:saccharomycetes recommended m27-a program,spore filamentous fungi recommended m38-a scheme,can be used to determine MIC,MFC value;(3)Animal experiments can be used to detect antifungal activity of Chinese herbal medicine,as well as acute toxicity experinents.skin stimulation experiments.skin allergy experiments.etc;(4)Quantifiable evaluation indexes and laboratory indexes of curative effect should be established.
