In recent decades, the rising fungal infections in patients with nosocomial infectionshas been the most important cause of death.Fluconazole, amphotericin B are the most important clinical drug of choices for thetreatment of fungal infections ,but prolonged use of these drugs will bring trouble,, such asside effects. it is of great significance to explore new drugs with broad-spectrum anti-fungaldrugs and low toxicity in medical and infection prevention applications.Mongolian Medicine is the national treasure for histories, its treatment of fungalinfections has an unique approach. Mongolian delimit that "stick " is a class of Mongolianmedical causes, judging by the modern scientific point of view, most scholars believe thatincludes the eukaryotic cell, prokaryotic cells and non-pathogenic microorganisms,including microbial cells, including relatively small size of individual Human parasites.The combination of Mongolian medicine theory, kill the "stick" to study the role ofanti-fungal prescriptions, mainly for the following aspects of work:â‘ Mongolian agar holemethod antifungal activity of compound screening;â‘¡by microdilution method singleflavor Mongolian determination of minimum inhibitory concentration MIC;â‘¢systemicinfection in mouse model of Candida albicans;â‘£survival in mice Time, the number ofcolonies and other organs indicators, evaluation kill "stick " prescription drug effect ofanti-Candida albicans.1 Mongolian kill "stick "to the prescription drugs in vitro susceptibility of fungi1.1 Evaluation antifungal activity of Mongolian Medicine using agar hole methodThe inhibition zone size to measure and determine the strain sensitivity of the testeddrugs. Through the establishment of systemic infection inmice model of Candida albicans on Qiwei soup Smilax evaluate in vivo antibacterial,indicating that may prolong the survival time of Candida albicans systemic infected. This study may also facilitate the deeper understanding of Mongolian kill "stick " for the usein the antifungal prevention applications...
