Objective:From August 2018 to October 2018,the study investigated the correlation between social factors and psychological factors and postoperative satisfaction of patients with double eyelids who sought beauty in the plastic surgery department of the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. It provides reference basis for improving clinical medical service level and postoperative satisfaction.Method:A self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the data related to social factors and psychological factors of 149double-eyelid surgeons who visited the plastic surgery department of the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from August 1,2018 to October 31,2018.Information such as postoperative satisfaction and postoperative complications were collected 1 week and 6 months after the operation. The factors related to postoperative satisfaction were statistically analyzed, and the differences between the factors related to postoperative satisfaction and their significance were further analyzed.Result:Through the analysis of the relationship between social and psychological factors and postoperative satisfaction of double eyelid surgery, the following results were found:There was a positive correlation between the degree of trust in surgeon-patient relationship and surgical satisfaction(P<0.01).The expected effect of surgery was positively correlated with postoperative satisfaction of beauty seekers(P<0.05).However,there was a negative correlation between postoperative satisfaction and patients who fully understood that they might not be able to achieve ideal results(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between postoperative and preoperative expected results, postoperative effect evaluation, and postoperative patients' family and friends' satisfaction with the operation(P<0.01).Post-operatively,there was a positive correlation between regression of swelling and surgical satisfaction(P<0.01).Among the social factors, there was no significant correlation between the type of surgery for the beauty seekers, age, sex, route of medical education, income, marital status, previous history of plastic surgery, etc.,and postoperative satisfaction. Conclusion:The satisfaction evaluation of cosmetic surgery is largely determined by the subjective opinions of beauty seekers, and the satisfaction of beauty seekers is also the key to the evaluation of the success of the surgery. Before the operation,it is necessary to fully understand the basic situation, motivation, expectation and trust of thebeauty seekers.Comprehensive evaluation was made and individualized professional guidance and relevant psychological guidance were developed based on the survey results.Meanwhile, relevant professional knowledge and surgical preparation were promoted before surgery.Different operation plans were made for different individuals to reduce postoperative complications and reduce postoperative swelling so as to improve the comfort level and postoperative satisfaction of beauty seekers.
