Objective: to analyze the mood disorders and risk factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy and hemodialysis,so as to provide evidence for the clinical treatment and psychological counseling of patients.Methods: choose 150 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated by maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital,and choose the same blood dialysis age gender matching in non-diabetic nephropathy patients 150 cases as controls,with Zung self rating anxiety scale(SAS),Zung depression self rating scale(SDS)survey of two groups of mood disorders,to analyze the related factors of mood disorders in diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis.Results: there was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups.Among the 150 hemodialysis patients with diabetes,the incidence of anxiety was 53.3%(80/150),the incidence of depression was 43.3%(65/150),and the incidence of anxiety was 28%(42/150)in hemodialysis patients without diabetes,the incidence ofdepression was 20.7%(31/150),the incidence of anxiety and depression was significantly higher in diabetic hemodialysis patients than in non-diabetic hemodialysis patients.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.000).In terms of sleep score,the diabetic dialysis group(29.59±14.70)was significantly higher than the non-diabetic dialysis group(16.10± 07.02),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.000).Among the patients with diabetic nephropathy with hemodialysis,the number of women with mood disorders(57)was significantly higher than that without mood disorders(28),with statistical significance(P=0.000).The depression group and normal group in patients with hemoglobin,serum albumin,Serum calcium,Serum phosphorus,iPTH,single room spKt/V level has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Depression group compared with normal group,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases was 53.8%(43/80)compared with 22.4%(13/70)(P=0.000),cerebrovascular diseases was 45%(36/80)compared with 13%(9/70)(P=0.000),restless legs was 38.8%(31/80)compared with 11.9%(8/70)(P=0.001),skin itching was 61.2%(49/80)compared with 38.6%(27/70)(P=0.009),sleep disorder was 57.5%(46/80)compared with 31.4%(22/70)(P=0.002)and bone pain was 47.5%(38/80)compared with 17.1%(12/70)(P=0.000).The incidence in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: patients with diabetic nephropathy are prone to emotional disorders during hemodialysis,women,cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,bone pain and other complications as well as low social support were independent risk factors for mood disorders in patients with hemodialysis diabetic nephropathy.
