Objective:A prospective study was conducted in patients who were diagnosed with Diabetic nephropathy(DN)-induced end-stage renal disease(ESRD)for 4 hours per regular dialysis between December 2016 and December 2017.To analyze the fluctuation of blood glucose during hemodialysis(HD)in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)and to summarize the time period of hypoglycemia during hemodialysis in DN patients.Provide interventions and preliminary analysis of risk factors for hypoglycemia to better prevent hypoglycemia during HD.Methods:All patients used the same type of dialysis machine at the Qinghai Hospital Hemodialysis Center.Patients on the day of hemodialysis were routinely applied with hypoglycemic regimens or did not use hypoglycemic regimens. They did not eat during dialysis. Each dialysis time is 4h.The patient's blood glucose levels were measured at 0h,1h,2h,3h,and 4h after dialysis, and 50 cases of hypoglycemia during dialysis were collected, and 62 cases of hypoglycemia did not occur. The above cases were divided into two groups.Hypoglycemia group and hypoglycemia group did not occur.Hypoglycemia group was divided into 4 groups according to the time period. The t test was used to compare the two groups.Two-to-two comparisons were performed using LSD method.Multivariate analysis was performed using Logistic regression and SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis. The test level is ?=0.05.Results:Diabetic nephropathy patients with dialysis time prolonged, blood glucose showed a downward trend. The difference between the two groups before dialysis blood glucose value was statistically significant(P <0.05),hypoglycemia group of blood glucose levels at different times(P <0.05),did not occur low The blood glucose levels in the blood glucose pool group were different(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the use of insulin between the hypoglycemia group and the non-hypoglycemic group(P<0.05).The age of the patients was ?60 years old and the use of insulin on the dialysis day was the occurrence risk factors of hypoglycemia during dialysis.(P<0.05).Conclusions :1.The incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy during hemodialysis treatment was approximately 44.64%,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia at each time period.2.Without any intervention, blood glucose levels tend to decline as dialysis time increases.3.The age of ?60 years old,the application of insulin on the day of dialysis is a risk factor for hypoglycemia during dialysis.
