| Objective : To systematically assess the efficacy and safety of probiotics preventing pouchitis.Method:Retrieved from PubMed?Embase?Cochrane Library?VIP?Wanfang database ? CNKI,randomized controlled trials meeting the inclusion criteria or the exclusion criteria were included and further analyzed using fixed effect model of RevMan 5.3.Result:9 RCTs were included in the Meta-analysis and there were totally 353 cases in which 6 RCTs reported adverse reactions.The result showed that preventively using probiotics could decrease the incidence of pouchitis(OR=0.10,95%CI : 0.05-0.19,P <0.00001).In efficacy,the VSL#3 group(OR=0.04,95%CI :0.01-0.11,P < 0.00001)was much better than the non-VSL#3 group(OR=0.20,95%CI:0.09-0.48,P=0.0002)? There was no significance difference on the rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05)?Conclusion:Probiotics can prevent the incidence of pouchitis,with few adverse reactions and high safety... |
