Objective: To investigate the diagnosis,treatment,surgical methods,clinicopathological features,prognosis and follow-up of multiple primary colorectal carcinoma.Methods: The clinical data and follow-up data of patients with multiple primary colorectal carcinoma diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2014 to December2018 were analyzed.Result: A total of 65 cases were selected according to the criteria,including 64 cases of multiple primary carcinoma,including 60 cases of double primary carcinoma,4 cases of triple primary carcinoma,and 1 case of metachronous multiple primary colorectal carcinoma,total conclude 134 cases tumor lesions.59 patients(90.77%)were diagnosed by preoperative colonoscopy,4 patients underwent standard radical surgery,42 patients underwent segmented radical resection,3 patients underwent expanding radical resection,and 16 patients underwent total resection.Follow-up results showed that the increase in the number of stools was a long-termpostoperative complication.Conclusion: Double primary colorectal carcinoma are more common.Preoperative colonoscopy combined with CT examination can reduce missed diagnosis.It is necessary to select a reasonable surgical approach in combination with the carcinoma site.The proximal carcinoma is larger than the distal carcinoma,and the partial phase is later.
