Clinical Observation Of Cordyceps Sinensis In The Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head In Children

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of oral cordyceps sinensis combined with hip abductor support in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head in early children,the clinical effect and safety were objectively evaluated,and the effect of cordyceps sinensis in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head in early children was discussed,providing a new scheme for the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head in children.Methods:50 cases of children with ischemic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(Perthes disease)who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in children's hospital affiliated to chongqing medical university from January 2012 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was supplemented with cordyceps sinensis on the basis of the control group.6 months for a course of treatment,treatment for 2 courses.After 2 courses of treatment,VAS score was used to evaluate the improvement of pain before and after treatment,Mckay hip joint function standard was used to evaluate the improvement of hip joint function in the two groups after treatment,and Stulberg classification standard was used to evaluate the changes of hip joint imaging indexes after treatmentResults:After 2 courses of treatment,1)pain remission: control group in VAS score average(1.48+/-0.634),the observation group average(1.10+/-0.618),compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05),explain Chinese caterpillar fungus with hip to outreach support is simple to wear hip outreach support can obviously relieve pain symptoms;(2)hip joint function: after treatment,the excellent and good rate in the control group was 75.86%,and the excellent and good rate in the observation group was 93.10%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that cordyceps sinensis combined with hip abductor support can effectively improve hip joint function in children.(3)imaging aspects: Stulberg classification in the control group after treatment type 1 in 4 cases,11 cases of type II,III 14 cases,observation group of 10 cases of type I and type II 14 cases,5 cases of type III and compared the two groups statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Chinese caterpillar fungus with hip outreach support for the promotion of necrotic femoral head repair effect is superior to the pure wear hip to outreach support.During the treatment,the children in the observation group did not show any adverse symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea after taking cordyceps sinensis.Conclusion:In the treatment of femoral head necrosis in children,cordyceps combined with hip abductor is superior to the treatment of hip abductor alone in relieving pain,improving hip function and promoting the repair of necrotic femoral head,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
