The Clinical Effect Observation Of Zhang's Tuishang Medicinal Liquor In The Treatment Of Mass Type Congenital Muscular Torticollis

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Zhang's Tuishang medicinal liquor in the treatment of Mass type Congenital Muscular Torticollis,in order to provide evidence for its clinical application.MethodsFrom January of 2019 to december of 2019,We select 60 patients who diagnosed as Mass type Congenital Muscular Torticollis were treated in the orthopedics department of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the traditional tuina therapy,while the control group used infant emollient oil as the massage medium during the traditional tuina therapy;the experimental group used Zhang's Tuishang medicinal liquor as the massage medium during the traditional tuina therapy.Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses,5 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The Maximum diameter of the mass under color Doppler ultrasound and the score of congenital muscular torticollis symptom score scale were recorded before and after treatment,the clinical effect were recorded after treatment.Finally,the collected experimental data were statistically analyzed.ResultsAfter the study,a total of 29 cases were completed in the experimental group and 28 cases in the control group.The statistical analysis was as follows:1.Maximum diameter of the mass : after three courses of treatment,the patients in the experimental group and the control group were reexamined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the maximum diameter of mass in the color Doppler ultrasound results was recorded and compared with that before treatment within and between groups.Statistically analyzed,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).After treatment the maximum diameter of SCM mass was significantly less than before treatment in both group,the maximum diameter of SCM mass in experimental group was significantly less than control group.2.Symptom scoring scale: The score of Congenital Muscular Torticollis symptom score scale for children in two groups were compared with those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The content score and total score of Congenital Muscular Torticollis symptom score for children in two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The content score of Congenital Muscular Torticollis symptom score after treatment was compared between two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total score of two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).The amount of test group was significantly different(P<0.01).The scale content score in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the total score in experimental group was higher than that in control group.3.Clinical effect: There were 29 cases in the experimental group,16 excellent,7 good,5medium and 1 poor;28 cases in the control group,4 excellent,15 good,5 medium and 4poor.The excellent and good rate was 79.31% in the experimental group and 67.85% in the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was statistically tested,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the clinical effect of the experimental group wassignificantly better than that of the control group.4.Influence of starting treatment age on clinical effect : The data of clinical effect of the two groups were divided into three groups according to the age.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the excellent and good rate in different age groups(P<0.01).The clinical effect of the two treatment regimens in different age groups was shown as follows: 0-3 months was better than 3-6 months,and 3-6months was better than 6-12 months.Conclusion1.The reduction of maximum diameter of SCM mass in patients with CMT by traditional tuina therapy combined with Zhang's Tuishang medicinal liquor was significantly better than that by traditional tuina therapy only;2.The treatment of CMT by traditional tuina therapy and traditional tuina therapy combined with Zhang's Tuishang medicinal liquor both can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,but the reduction of clinical symptoms of CMT patients by traditional tuina therapy combined with Zhang's Tuishang medicinal liquor is better than that by traditional tuina therapy only;3.For patients less than 1 year old with CMT,the earlier they receive traditional tuina therapy,the better of the clinical effect.
