A Clinical Study Of Bai Xiao Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Acute Decompensation Of Chronic Heart Failure With Water Overflowing Due To Yang Deficiency

Objective:This topic aims to evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Baixiao Moxibustion on the basis of conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute decompensation of chronic heart failure with water overflowing due to yang deficiency.Methods:Randomized parallel control method was used for the study.This topic collected 66 patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and water deficiency from January 2019 to January 2020 in the department of cardiology of Xiamen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in observation group and 33 cases in control group.Referring to the "2018 Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Heart Failure" in the wet-warm treatment plan for acute heart failure,both groups were treated with conventional western medicine(conventional drugs,general treatment,etc.).The observation group was treated with Baixiao moxibustion on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment in the control group.Guan yuan acupoint,XinShu(double),FeiShu(double),PiShu(double)and ShenShu(double)were selected.Each moxibustion point each time 1 moxa cone,each time 30 minutes,once per day,with a period of 7 days.Before and after the test,NYHA cardiac function classification,TCM symptom score,Lee's heart failure score,NT-proBNP,average 24-hour urine volume and other indicators of the two groups of patients were observed.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis,and finally a conclusion was reached.Results:1.This study included 66 patients,64 patients completed clinical observation.The observation group lost 1 case and the control group lost 1 case,with a total loss rate of 3.03%.2.Before the test,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,surname,primary disease,inducement,medication,NYHA cardiac function classification,TCM symptom score,Lee's heart failure score and NT-proBNP(P>0.05).3.In NT-proBNP,TCM symptom score and Lee's heart failure score,the self-comparison between the two groups before and after the test was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the test,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in NT-proBNP,TCM symptom score,and average 24-hour urine output(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in Lee's heart failure score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).5.The curative effect of the two groups:NYHA cardiac function classification curative effect comparison,the observation group total effective rate is 90.63%,the control group total effective rate is 75.00%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of TCM Symptom Points,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%,while that of the control group was 81.25%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Lee's heart failure score curative effect comparison,the observation group total effective rate 87.50%,the control group total effective rate 81.25%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.During the test,no adverse events occurred in the control group.One case of adverse reactions was observed.One case in the observation group had blisters on the skin of the moxibustion place on the first day of the test.After the correlation evaluation of adverse events,it was considered to be related to Baixiao moxibustion.The degree of adversereactions was mild without special treatment.The patient was told to keep the skin dry and the blisters subsided automatically.Continue to participate in the experiment until the end of the study.Conclusion:1.Combined application of Baixiao Moxibustion on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for acute decompensation of chronic heart failure with yang deficiency and water deficiency has good safety and no obvious adverse reactions.2.Compared with western medicine alone,Baixiao Moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve NYHA cardiac function classification,TCM symptom score,NT-proBNP,and average 24-hour urine output of patients with acute decompensation of chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and water deficiency,thus better improving the quality of life of patients.
