Clinical Effect Observation Of Treatment Of Senile Osteoporosis Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Tongbi Bushen Decoction

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Tongbi Bushen Decoction on senile osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:66 cases of Senile Osteoporosis patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis type were selected from the orthopedics department of our hospital from January,2019to December,2019,who were randomly divided into experimental group 33 cases,33 cases in the control group.The control group was given Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D₃ Tablets and Calcitriol Soft Capsules.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was given the addition and subtraction of Tongbi Bushen Decoction.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The general data,visual analogue score?VAS?,bone metabolism markers,complications and adverse reactions were collected before and after treatment.The visual analogue score?VAS?and bone metabolism markers after treatment were analyzed and evaluated.All the data were analyzed by spss25.0.Results:1.There were no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,weight,height and BMI between the two groups?all P>0.05?.So the two groups had comparability.2.Before treatment.there were no significant differences in VAS score,PINP index and?-CTX index between the two groups?all P<0.05?.3.At the end of treatment,the VAS score,PINP index and?-CTX index in the two groups after treatment were improved than those before treatment.The VAS score and?-CTX index in the experimental group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant?all P<0.05?.The PINP index of the experimental group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.4.At the end of treatment,the experimental group in improving pain symptoms and improving the?-CTX index were superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant?all P<0.05?.5.The total effective rate was 90.3%in the experimental group and 80.0%in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant?all P<0.05?.6.During the study period,no osteoporosis fracture,hypercalcemia and other complications occurred in the two groups of effective cases.There were 3 cases of severe constipation?1 case in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group?,1 case of insomnia?1 case in the experimental group?.No serious adverse reactions were found in the rest of the patients.There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function and coagulation function during and after treatment.Conclusion:Tongbi Bushen decoction combined with calcium carbonate D₃ tablets???+calcitriol Jiaowan in the treatment of senile osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis has a good clinical effect on improving pain symptoms and reducing the level of?-CTX.The curative effect is better than that of calcium carbonate D₃???+calcitriol capsule.
