Study On Partner System Of Chain Medical Institutions

This article mainly studies the partner system which has been widely sought after in corporate management practice in recent years,exploring its applicability in the field of medical services.With the advent of the era of Internet knowledge economy,human capital has been endowed with a higher level of significance,and the relationship between human capital and material capital has been changed.As a result,the organizational form of the enterprise is transformed from capital-hired labor to a shared company based on the partner system.In recent years,there have been medical service companies such as Aier Eye Hospital and Top Choice Medical trying to implement the partner system under the guidance of government policies,who have integrated industrial resources to improve the traditional chain model of medical institutions.This article will discuss whether the chain model based on the partner system can become a direction for the future organizational evolution of medical service enterprises.This article first discusses the reasons why case company Aier promotes the partner system,and discusses the implementation elements of the partner system.This article believes that the key to the smooth development of the partnership system is that enterprises integrate and utilize industrial resources to guide stakeholders to participate in building the ecosystem.Afterwards,through comparative analysis and classical model deduction,the mechanism of the partner system is deeply analyzed from the perspectives of incentive,control and risk sharing.Besides,through comparison between Aier Eye Hospital and Top Choice Medical,this article examines the impact of the partner system in terms of financial performance and medical service quality,and empirically researches the market response using event research method.Based on the above discussions,this article believes that the partnership system can effectively improve the existing medical institution chain model,and that the chain model combining partner system and platform ecosystem can be used as a model for future expansion of medical service enterprises.Furthermore,this article also considers the proposed chain model as a guidance for private medical care to play a greater role in optimizing the allocation of medical resources and increasing the supply of health resources.Different from the existing literature which mainly focuses on the motivation and performance of the partner system,the innovation in this paper lies in its profound analysis of the mechanism of the partner system on a theoretical level.Furthermore,based on the theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward a new chain model which combines the partner system and the platform ecosystem.By proving that such chain model has a higher level of suitability for medical service enterprises,this paper provides certain significant reference for the governance innovation of chain medical institutions,and is adapted to the current policy orientation of private medical specialization and large-scale development.
