With the rapid development of China’s economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an indelible role in employment,local taxation,local market,etc.,but most of the small and medium-sized enterprises are committed to the development of the company and pay little attention to the Occupation Health Safety Management System,resulting in the lack of a sound Occupation Health Safety Management System.This article takes X company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management as the research object,through the analysis X company’s present Occupational Health and Safety Management Existence question,the main performance is that the organization structure and responsibility of the Occupation Health Safety Management System are not clear,the safety management system is not perfect,the safety management consciousness of the staff is not high,the risk identification and the response are not comprehensive,and the emergency management system is not perfect,based on the practice and theoretical research,this paper optimizes the Occupation Health Safety Management System of X company.This paper studies the status quo of occupational health and safety management in X company,and reveals the existing problems of occupational health and safety management in X company by questionnaire survey and qualitative and quantitative methods,from the work environment evaluation,safety prevention management evaluation,safety training and exercise evaluation and safety accident investigation and emergency management evaluation,and through the grading method quantitative survey and analysis of the status quo of X company,at the same time conducting expert interviews,combined with the opinions of the top leaders of the company,it is confirmed that the following problems exist in the occupational health and Safety Management of X Company: The Employees’ safety consciousness is seriously insufficient,the training is not effective,and the occupational health and safety management of X company is not systematic.In view of this problem,this article from consummates the organizational structure,clear Safety Responsibility,risk identification and response,strengthen Occupation Health Safety Management System training,strengthen emergency management system and continuous improvement of five areas to focus on elaboration,this paper introduces the optimization of the Occupation Health Safety Management System of X company,and makes corresponding countermeasures by identifying the risk sources through brainstorming.Finally,in order to guarantee the Occupation Health Safety Management System to be able to carry on smoothly,has formulated four safeguard measures,respectively is the Human Resources Safeguard,the fund safeguard,the system safeguard as well as the enterprise culture safeguard.
