Objective: We are aimed to analyze the changes of laboratory examination indexes of 412 psoriasis patients, who were in dermatological ward before and after hospitalization. We would explore the relationship between abnormal indexes and different types of psoriasis before hospitalization, and analyze the possible risk factors of different types of psoriasis different from other types of psoriasis. All these data and analysis could provide some clues for treatment. Methods: 412 cases of psoriasis were collected from the dermatological ward hospital from January 2011 to December 2018.The age, gender, course of disease, age of onset, type of psoriasis, family history, laboratory examination, pre admission medication history and medication during hospitalization were analyzed. All the data were collected into Excel, and then SPSS 23 and Graphpad prism 8.0 were used as the analysis software. When P values were confirmed less than 0.05,there existed statistical significance. Results: 1.A total of 412 patients were included. The average age of patients with psoriasis was 53.2 ± 16.56 years old.The median length of hospitalized time was 12(8,16)days.2.After hospitalization, the peripheral blood leukocytes, neutrophils,CRP,NLR,PLR of patients with psoriasis were significantly decreased, and the number of lymphocytes was significantly increased.3.During the hospitalization period, treatment methods of patients are changed into topical glucocorticoids and compound glycyrrhizin tablets.4.Among the patients with peripheral blood leukocyte count and neutrophil count before admission, the incidence of pustular psoriasis was the highest, followed by erythrodermic psoriasis.5.The level of CPR increased in two or more types of psoriasis in patients.6.CRP is a potential risk factor for pustular psoriasis.7.Before hospitalization, patients with dysfunction of live preferred to using more oral drugs. Conclusion: 1.Compared with other types of psoriasis, pustular psoriasis may have a tighter connection with inflammation related indicators;2.The decrease of WBC,neutrophil count / neutrophil percentage,CRP in psoriasis patients may indicate that treatments have a certain effect after hospitalization.3.WBC count,CRP and neutrophil count could be used as a reference index to distinguish pustular psoriasis from other types of psoriasis.4.The dysfunction of liver in psoriatic patients before admission may be caused by the abuse of drugs.
