With the rapid development of the Internet and information industry,the market of big data application is expanding.At the same time,in the field of smart healthcare,relevant national competent departments have also frequently issued policy documents and industry development guidance related to medical big data in recent years.In such a policy context,how to use cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other related technologies to build a reasonable and advanced cloud service platform based on big data of health care,extract valuable information from massive medical health data and use it reasonably and effectively to provide services and assistance for patients,medical staff and scientific researchers,is rapidly becoming the important direction of health information industry for research and work.Based on the current situation and needs of the domestic medical industry,this thesis analyzes the construction of the intelligent process-assisted diagnosis and treatment system based on big data according to the policy documents of relevant national competent departments.This thesis uses traditional literature retrieval as the main means,supplemented by field research,network,database and the other means,analyzes the current research status of medical big data at home and abroad,the source and characteristics of medical big data,the application technology of medical big data and the common problems.At the same time,the author analyzed and summarized the needs of the research system in data integration,medical services,information security and other aspects combined with many years of hospital information work experience.In this thesis,the basic information of patients,clinical diagnosis and treatment data and rehabilitation health data generated in the process of traditional diagnosis and treatment services are collected,merged and mined,the medical big health data in the process of patients' diagnosis and treatment is comprehensively associated.An intelligent process-assisted diagnosis and treatment system based on big data is established,the system design scheme is proposed and the application scenario is designed.This system can analyze the disease distribution of patients,excavate the behavior mode of patients,help patients to seek medical treatment efficiently,promote the conversion of patients from seeking medical treatment to health management,assist doctors in clinical decision-making,evaluate the effect of seeking medical treatment,and help hospitals to provide diagnosis and treatment services efficiently.The intelligent process-assisted diagnosis and treatment system based on big data proposed in this thesis is an application support platform of medical big data analysis,aiming at the medical and health industry,which can give full play to the technical advantages of big data.It can organically combine the macro trend of the medical industry with the qualitative and quantitative description of each patient's micro individual,so as to support the new application scenarios and new service modes of the medical industry.
