| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Mongolian Astragalus Decoction in treating CRF with qi deficiency,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of Mongolian Astragalus Decoction and provide clinical evidence for the treatment of CRF with Mongolian Astragalus Decoction.To provide an efficient and convenient new method for treating CRF with traditional Chinese medicine.To provide clinical basis and new research direction for the utilization and development of authentic medicinal materials.MethodsSixty CRF patients hospitalized in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object and randomly divided into groups.30 patients in the observation group were treated with Mongolian Astragalus Decoction,100 ml each time,and taken in the morning and evening.30 patients in the control group were treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule,6 capsules each time,and taken in the morning and evening.After 1 treatment cycle(15 days),PFS score,KPS score and Qi deficiency syndrome score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for data statistics and analysis.Results(1)In terms of PFS scores,the fatigue scores of each item and the total PFS score of the two groups after treatment all decreased to different degrees compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison was made between the two groups.The fatigue scores of each item and the total PFS score decreased more in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of PFS score in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)As for the scores of qi deficiency syndrome,the scores of qi deficiency syndrome and the total score of qi deficiency syndrome in the two groups after treatment decreased to different degrees compared with that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in terms of fatigue items,self-perspiration items and total score of qi deficiency syndrome,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Patients in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group in terms of shortness of breath,mental fatigue and lazy speech,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of effective patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of effective patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of KPS score,the KPS scores of the two groups of patients increased to different degrees after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of patients in the observation group increased more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)No adverse reactions occurred during the test.Conclusion(1)Mongolian Astragalus Drink can reduce PFS score and fatigue degree of patients.Mongolian Astragalus Drink is better than Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule in reducing PFS score and fatigue degree of patients.(2)Mongolian Astragalus drink can reduce the score of qi deficiency syndrome and improve the symptoms of qi deficiency.Mongolian Astragalus Drink is superior to Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule in reducing the score of patients with qi deficiency syndrome and improving qi deficiency symptoms.(3)Mongolian Astragalus Drink can improve KPS score and quality of life of patients.Mongolian Astragalus Drink is superior to Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule in improving KPS score and quality of life of patients.(4)Mongolian Astragalus Drink is safe and reliable. |
