| Objective : to evaluate the clinical effect of Mongolian Medicine Srixi on functional dyspepsia by observing the clinical symptoms and the changes of gastrointestinal color doppler ultrasound,to explore and sum up the clinical treatment experience of functional dyspepsia,and hope to provide detailed information and original data for the clinical formulation and further optimization of the treatment plan.Methods: from January 2019 to January 2020,80 outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic gastritis and functional dyspepsia were selected as subjects,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given Mongolian Medicine Sirixi 3g warm boiled water 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.The control group was given Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets 5mg by mouth 30 minutes before breakfast,lunch and dinner.Two weeks for a course of treatment,a total of two courses.The symptoms of the two groups(postprandial satiety,early satiety,epigastric pain,epigastric burning,epigastric flatulence,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,eructation)were quantified and scored one by one,the changes of symptom score and total score were recorded before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after treatment.Gastrointestinal Color doppler ultrasound needs to be quantified to record the changes of the scores before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software.Results :(1)In the observation group,the total effective rate was 95%(25 of the symptoms were cured,8 of the obvious effect,5 of the improvement,2 of the no effect),and in the control group,the total effective rate was 77.5%(16 of the symptoms were cured,7 of the obvious effect,8 of the effective,9 of the ineffective),the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).(2)In the observation group,7 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,17 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑶ Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and ultrasound between the observation group and the Control Group(P>0.05).⑷ After 2 weeks of treatment,the single symptom of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).⑸After treatment,the single symptom of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).⑹After treatment,the symptoms of early satiety,burning sensation of upper abdomen,nausea,vomiting and loss of appetite were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of Postprandial distension,epigastric pain and epigastric distension(P>0.05).Conclusion: ⑴ The clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal color doppler ultrasound of the patients with functional dyspepsia were improved in the two groups.⑵ Compared with the two groups,the clinical efficacy of Sirixi in the treatment of functional dyspepsia was more significant than that of Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.⑶ Compared with the two groups,the effect of Sirixi in improving gastrointestinal color ultrasound was more significant than that of Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.⑷The Mongolian Medicine Sirixi has high clinical efficacy,low price,and can be widely used in clinic. |
