Objective: With the development of people's lives, the incidence of more and more women's uterine fibroids is increasing.Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumors in the female population. The incidence of tumors in women of childbearing age is as high as 70%.According to the location, speed, degeneration and complications of fibroids,it is closely related to the size and number of fibroids. The main and most common clinical manifestations are pain and bleeding.High-energy focused ultrasound utilizes the excellent focusability and energy permeability of ultrasound to effectively irradiate the lesion tissue in the patient's body.Without damaging normal tissue, instantaneous local high-temperature focusing can irreversibly kill the tumor tissue. The tumor tissue is dehydrated, coagulated, inactivated during the thermal coagulation process, and finally absorbed or shed by the body,to achieve the purpose of eliminating the tumor body and retaining the focal organs,to the greatest extent preserve the patient's uterus, reduce the patient's pain, improve their Quality of life. However, for patients with a large amount of bleeding, ultrasonic scalpel alone is not enough to relieve the symptoms.Interventional embolization is required to make the tumor lose blood supply, and the bleeding is stopped as quickly as possible.Combined treatment is a treatment to enhance the effect and shorten the long-term treatment of the patient.cycle.Methods: 210 patients were planned to be collected.According to the selection criteria, the patients were selected into three groups according to the patients' wishes. The first group was given high-energy focused ultrasound blade ultrasound blade treatment, and the clinical effect of the patients after 1 cycle of treatment was recorded;the second group application Selective uterine artery embolization(UAE)treatment, accuraterecords of each patient's embolization dose;the third group was given two methods of combined treatment, and the order of the two methods remained basically the same.Ultrasound knife followed by embolization treatment;each group was treated before and after treatment Give ultrasound,CT or MRI examination, retain the results, and finally compare the tumor body and clinical symptom relief. Results: 210 cases met the conditions in this experiment.Among them,70 cases were selected in the three groups A,B and C.The overall effective rates at 1,3,and 6 months after operation were: Group A: 67.1%(47 cases),75.7%(53 cases),81.4%(57 cases);Group B:72.8%(51 cases),81.4%(57 cases),84.3%(59 cases);Group C were: 88.6%(62cases),94.3%(66 cases),95.7%(67 cases). The three groups of tumor patients had statistically significant differences in the overall effective and significant efficacy before and after surgery. Conclusion: The application of high-energy focused ultrasound knife combined with embolization in the treatment of giant uterine fibroids is significantly different from its monotherapy in terms of overall efficacy, especially in the obvious reduction of the volume of fibroids. However, the comparison of the long-term recurrence rate and pregnancy rate requires a large amount of clinical data and a long-term controlled study to further observe.
